i liked how quiet this boutique townhouse was . ( on the side not facing the tiny street). you are in the middle of a very busy area but the hotel is quiet, small, cool, respectful. The lovely women at the front desk remember you are checking out and come to help you carry your bag down 2 flights of stairs? ,! this is not a resort, not a 5 star hotel, just so KIND, NICE , clean & quiet -- makes ssense. The entire entire time of my stay, I felt like it was my own townhome, quiet, peace, clean , great wifi, smart owners. Sure there is no breakfast nor room service but that is why you are in this area, literally downstairs is a sushi restaurant and coffee cafe....there is a tiny pool i used it as a place to chill at more than swim in , just a place that makes sense, clean, great price... smart --- the price is amazing

No lift - but very helpful staff at hand to help carry. I found the stairs slightly slippery wearing the provided slippers.

Location is great. All staff is lovely. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Beds pretty comfy as well and toilett is a 10. Also a bonus the TV and Netflix for free.

The noise of the airplanes (not their fault of course). And the worst thing is the swimming pool: no sun on it, small and also is the smoking area.

I enjoyed the personal service. Warm and friendly staff who were genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. Very helpful. The location was ideal. Also appreciated that we got plenty of water to drink in the room.

Would have been nice that the small pool wasn't completely covered by a roof. The toilet seat could have been more stable to sit down on.

This hotel was probably my favorite in Chiang Mai. It is a small property, but the location is great; it’s close to a lot of shops, malls, and attractions. The staff are also very lovely. This was definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in Thailand so far; there is a lovely smell that hits you as you enter. The TV also comes with Netflix, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

There really wasn’t anything I disliked. The sounds of planes can be heard, so if you’re a light sleeper, it may be an issue. It didn’t bother me however. An iron in the room would be nice.

It was Loy Krathong and most hotel rates went crazy but I got a last minute booking here for a reasonable rate. Room was good, aircon, fridge, WiFi all worked well. Only a short walk from many bars and restaurants but down a quiet street and I heaed no noise.

You have to remove your shoes at reception.

Perfect location; small quiet boutique hotel. Didn't hear any noise; even in the weekend. The tv options were very nice.

Cleanliness could be improved a little bit. Ink-stained sheets with holes. Shower glass only cleaned halfway. But these were minor issues.

A very friendly little hotel with wonderful staff, well-located in the Nimman area. For Nimman it is quiet, and the place is stylish and comfortable, with large rooms. The bed was great as was the shower.

I don't mind being asked to remove shoes in rooms, but having to remove them at the bottom of the stairs meant either wearing loose flip flops up and down the stairs (not very safe) or your socks or feet becoming rather filthy - not ideal. This is the only negative though, we loved the place otherwise.

My Mother (62) and I (27) stayed 3 nights. We were welcomed by helpful and friendly staff. The staff provided us with informative information about the city. We had a lovely large twin room with excellent facilities. Also there was a small pool to relax in. The staff took care of our luggage while we visited Pai and Pa Pae mediation centre. A big thank you to both Beam, Boat and Pop for providing us with a wonderful stay.

Staff were wonderful, room was comfortable and its just a short walk to a slew of restaurants, shops etc.

Staff want you to leave shoes at the door to help keep the place clean, which is fine no problem. However the slippers they want you to use are a hazard. They are too big and slippery, so are apt to fall off halfway up a set of stairs. We refused to use them preferring bare feet or flip flops instead.
