Great location - near Maya centre, across the road from lots of places to eat and drink. The family room with bunk beds and slides and animals was a hit with the kids . Parking facilities were useful in this area.

Laundry facilities were outside the property, and the power timer was less than the drying machine timer so if not familiar, you just get the remaining time from the user before you and the clothes are still wet… Staff were a little slow to sort out our request for money back. Ants were in the room and into our bags where any hint of food.

Fantastic hotel! Location is right smack in the middle of the shopping areas and right beside one nimman. Staff were very friendly in ushering and making the whole check in process smooth and efficient. The room itself has a unique aesthetic featuring the cute moose 🫎 as a centerpiece on the wall and my companion, a bear wearing moose antlers. The bathtub has a cushioned headrest to chill and relax extra well while soaking. It was so comfortable I fell asleep in the bathtub ops! Breakfast has a wide variety of dishes but I just find myself eating a lot of sticky rice with hang lay curry 🍛. Bed was clean and comfortable as well!

The place was a great value for money! The room is very very spacious, even for Chiang Mai's standard. The staff are very attentive and kind. I want to specifically thank the staff at the bar on the rooftop. They were very polite, sweet and welcoming. I would say their service is comparable to fancy restaurants I have been. I also love the afternoon tea that they offer and unlimited soft drinks. The place itself is situated at a very great location right across One Nimman. Just be really careful when you cross the road. There is no cross walk there. I have three things that I want to comment on though 1. The lighting in this hotel is just weird. The LED neon color just kind of ruins the vibe of the place 2. The breakfast was very mediocore. For a four star hotel, I'd expect more but for the price, I can't really complain 3. The bathroom has a strong pipe smell.

Location is very convenient, right in the middle of Nimman. The room we stayed was spacious, clean and comfy. There is an outdoor jacuzzi. Very enjoyable. I like the Moose Bar (the rooftop bar) as well, nice music and vibes, good for people who like to relax and chill out but don't prefer too crowded.

The ventilation in the corridor leading to the rooms was not good. It has a filthy smell.... There is no standalone shower facility (only the shower of the bathtub), the water drainage of the shower was badly designed. Water goes everywhere after the shower every time and almost flooded the whole bathroom. They used blue LED lights for the bathroom which makes it a little eerie...

I recently stayed at Hotel Nimman and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, ensuring a great start to each day. Additionally, I loved that the hotel offered a triple room with three beds, which was perfect for our group. Another wonderful feature was the free pantry available 24/7. It was stocked with snacks and water, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, Hotel Nimman exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel was GREAT! Great staff, extra amenities, location, price! Rooms were nice and spacious and awe so clean! Perfect location near Maya Shopping Complex

But I knew there had to be a catch-the bed/matress was harder than cardboard! Could have been straight wood but man was it firm. Don’t get me wrong, I like a firm bed but that was beyond. However, I woke up feeling great and slept very well lol

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and started very early which is very convenient if you go out early. Moreover location was very convenient

The staircase was an absolute mess (Cockroaches etcetera) and the smell was also very weird. It is important to also keep the staircase clean, especially when the elevator takes a long time, we always took the stairs

Much better than expected! Wonderful experience! The included breakfast was impressive (7am to 11am, so you can sleep in!) and the free daily treats in the lobby was a great touch. Service was top notch, beds super comfy, and at the end of a long day we always looked forward to going back to our room at the Moose Hotel. A fantastic experience!

The only thing was that the single elevator was very busy. The stairs are wide and easy to use, but if you have to use the lift at times you need to be a little patient. It worked fine, just busy. Oh, and no pool. But if you're visiting Chiang Mai to sit around a pool and not see the sights, why are you even there?

Location, location, location. Near to one Ninman and Maya shopping center. There are many nice restaurants around the hotel. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The tiolet design can be better. Water flowed onto the tiolet floor every time we took a bath.

The hotel went above and beyond. I asked them to put a happy birthday message in the room for my dad’s birthday and they did balloons a message and all sorts! Absolutely wonderful and my dad was so chuffed. They loved the hotel and will definitely be returning again! Thank you so much xx
