Absolutely everything was perfect. Booked based on reviews to celebrate my 30th birthday and I couldn’t be happier with this choice. For breakfast there was only one option, but it was one of the most tasty things I’ve ever tried in my life. The place is absolutely lovely and staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the frogs in the garden during the night made my stay better. Thank you so much for this wonderful space and time. I couldn’t recommend enough!

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Beautiful interior design. Smells good and they keep the place clean. Here's why I said the staff were amazing (this is from Social Media post, please forgive the phrasing): I almost slept in the streets of Chiang Mai last night because of a mistake I made in my accommodation bookings. I left a day without a place to stay and to make it worse - it happens to be the first day of the Yipeng Festival. All accommodations are full! And yes guys this happens and it happened to me. But God is good and Thais are wonderful people. The staff and the owner of Sabai Day where I thought I’d be staying at helped me look for a place to stay even if it took them hours to find one. They even got me a car/driver too because it was a very busy day that it was very difficult to book Grab/Bolt cars. They found Hotel Rosy after a guest had a late check out. Rosy was nice too. Rosy gave me a discount of 200 Baht / 2,000 Baht regular rate. When I asked why, they said because they were told that I’m a single (solo) female traveller. Rosy chose to give me discount even when they are my last choice. Rosy chose not to be greedy by over pricing because they’re my last resort. Thank you God for the provision and for sending me to the right places and people even when I really could have done better to prevent this from happening. Such an excellent location. In the middle of the busy and thriving Nimman district, but tucked away in a quiet corner.

You could offer better vegetarian options for breakfast.

It was clean, the rooms were lovely and the location was great! The people working there were also very nice.

One day, one of the workers was calling someone quite early in the morning (for a while) and had the speaker on and was speaking very loudly so it woke me up even though I was sleeping upstairs. Could be more mindful of guests next time.

The best locations in the middle of Nimman, so great. I slept very well, heard only birds in the morning. I had a shared bathroom but it was just next to my door. The bathroom is shared with one other room but I think nobody was there during my stay so the bathroom was only for me.

This place is amazing! It's so homely, well-decorated, clean and comfortable. It feels like having a home away from home, which is exactly what I wanted! And it's super affordable for what it is. The staff are super nice and when I asked to extend by 4 nights (because it's so lovely here) they offered me the same per night price as I paid on Booking.com. Everything is absolutely great.

The guesthouse allowed us to check-in early, which was very nice. They also provided a really good laundry service. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and had decent AC. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed was a little on the firm side.

Staff were brilliant, rooms clean and a lovely common space for eating and cooking (if you wanted to). The location is in the heart of Nimman and walking distance to a lot of places.

A very nice feeling place. Staff are lovely, the location is great and the whole place has a real bed and breakfast kind of vibe. We will book our mothers into this place when they come to visit.

Lovely relaxed guesthouse conveniently in the heart of Nimman. Good breakfast and helpful staff, with regular room cleaning during my 9 day stay. Comfortable air conditioned room.
