This was my second time staying at this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and cleaned every day. Great location, right in the Nimman area

The hotel gym is super small and only has three machines, a single bench, and a couple of light dumbbells.

The room was very very nice and having the bath was great. Good breakfast and the dining room was very nice with a great view. Good that toilet was a bit separate from the bathroom. Pool view was stunning, especially at sunset. Elevators worked really quick.

The gym was pretty basic. Didn't love the glass screen that lets you see underneath the pool, feels a bit weird seeing people in there.

Nimman is a popular area. Spoiled for a choice of restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The hotel is fully equipped, two pools, gym, coffee shop, bar etc. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I really liked this hotel.

The room light switches were rather confusing. There is a hidden switch in the shower room which controls the back lights. Also lights controlled from the bed and the entrance.

The staff were amazing. I had a really early tour and would have had to skip breakfast, but they prepared a breakfast box for me. They were really helpful in finding locations and recommending activities.

There was nothing to dislike. I wish I had had the time to try the pool but sadly it opened at 7am and closed at 9pm. But as its a roof top pool there is a safety risk outside those hours

The staff were very kind. The location is great. I would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The breakfast was filling but underwhelming. It seemed as though the business was trying to provide every type of food rather than providing a few better options. The warming trays did not work as one would expect. Unfortunately the bed was more stiff than I would like. As well, one can hear the motorcycles as they drive by in the night

Excellent, quiet and stylish base for exploring Chiang Mai. Modern and stylish hotel. Nice, modern and spacious room. Very good restaurant. Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast and lovely outdoor breakfast area. Lovely rooftop pools.

About 15 minutes walk from canals surrounding old town - but absolutely not a problem for us, and if you find the walk too far, it's only 30 THB for a songthaew trip.

The rooms felt luxurious and were very clean. the food available in the hotel was incredible, we ate at the hotel at least once per day as it was so delicious. there are two pools at the hotel depending on which side you’re on, we agreed there is clearly one that has a nice surrounding area in terms of table and chairs etc but the other was regularly secluded which meant you could pick depending on desire of a picturesque area or more private.

The gym facilities weren’t great, in total there were three cardio machines and one bench in the gym and very little space to work out in and the dumbbells only go up to 10kg. The room door was also exceptionally heavy when both myself and my partner experienced struggles when opening the door without the other one present.

The location is 15 minutes away from the old part of town, and a 5 minute away from the Maya mall and nimman one. Overall easy to get around and access the main attractions in Chiang mai

The room was smaller than shown in the images. The breakfast could have been more catered towards western cuisines all things considered.

Location was amazing, walking distance to all the good stuff in Nimman. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Mattress could be a little softer, but still a good nights sleep.

Skipped breakfast as there were too many amazing options in the area :)

The rooftop pools had no umbrellas for shade and the pool loungers had no cushions. It was a test of endurance to try and lay for any length of time on one of the loungers. This is my only complaint about the hotel. However, it is a big one for me because my husband and I like to spend time around a pool during the hot Chiang Mai afternoons.
