The location is strategic. Very very near to One Nimman and many of the cafés & restaurants. The surroundings area are clean & lovely. Nice to walk in the morning & afternoon. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly and very helpful. Easy to communicate in English. Fast response by the owner as well which is great.

The pillow sheets & duvet cover does have abit of smell (Still bearable). It would be nice to reaffirm & improve on that part. In addition, it would be wonderful to change all towels new. As most of the towel are kinda gray. Other than that, all GOOD!

Fantastic Location! Right in the heart of the trendy Nimmannen district, walk to shops, restaurants bars. Helpful and responsive staff. Cosy, large room and large balcony patio and very comfortable beds. Also liked having communal kitchen facilities to use. Also the complimentary laundry service was a plus.

The only thing would be daily housekeeping service. It was self catering. A housekeeper was on hand (not everyday) and we would have liked to get fresh towels more often and the room cleaned. We stayed for 9 nights and it would have been nice to have the housekeeper freshen up our room (change sheets, provide fresh towels) in between.

A very nice house in the backyard of Nimman One, very well located in a cute neighborhood full of delicious restaurants and cute shops. The owner wasn’t physically there but was prompt to help on WhatsApp in a few minutes, very generous and resourceful. His staff is kind and ready to help. There’s a couple of young people from Laos, and even though they don’t speak English there were very kind and helpful. They even did our laundry for free every couple of days (we stayed for a week). The house is comfortable, parquet floor, extremely comfortable beds, AC, spacious and with furniture for all our things. Even a medium fridge, kettle and toiletries in every room. You also have a big kitchen in case you want to cook.

Some things I would improve: That when it rained the floor of our terrace, was soaked because the pipe hanging on top is open and the artificial grass carpet doesn’t dry fast enough. I would fix the pipe to prevent the terrace to get soaked. The shower/bathtub had good pressure but sometimes hard to find the proper temperature. I would add a small closet in the toilet to keep toiletries because the space available is not enough for 4 people toiletries.

- Fantastic location in buzzing Nimman close to all the bars and restaurants but on a quiet, side road which was very peaceful and didn't have traffic outside so we could sleep in peace. - Mr Direk, the owner was extremely helpful, flexible and kind during our stay. He would try to help us with any questions we had and helped us with motorbike hire. Good english. - the beds are comfortable and aircon works well and is quiet. - daily cleaning by lovely and trustworthy staff. - smart TV so we could chill and relax with films and favourite shows - laundry service available - a little balcony where we could hang we stuff up to dry

-The bathroom in our room (room 2) needs upgrading but this was a minor drawback and the room was cheaper than other rooms.

It was just a 2-3 minute walk from CIDC dental clinic which is just along behind Starbucks on the corner. The owner picked me up from the airport and let me check out at 3pm rather than the usual 12 midday because no one else had booked my room and my flight was 6:50pm.

The room didn’t have a private kitchen as advertised - it is a communal kitchen down on the ground level.

The location in exceptionally incredible. It locates next to one nimman and connect to every must-go spot in heart of the city. The room was clean and very very very comfortable☺️ so recommended for people who come in group so you can have a separated bed but also can connect in a group trip feeling!!! Very impressed and wish to come back very soon 🥰🥰🥰🥰👍🏻

The location is near key places like gyms, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The internet is very fast and is ideal for remote work. The room is huge and comfortable. Our stay comes with free laundry service which is very convenient for us.

Cleanliness in the room can be improved but not really an issue.

Location and staff were super friendly. We had a drain blockage on the first day and we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. On the last day, our friend could park his car there for an hour to have lunch with us, no questions asked.
