Breakfast a little too processed for my liking: juice drink instead of fresh fruit juice; instant coffee instead of real coffee; chicken ham and chicken frankfurters instead of unprocessed protein. It is nice to have the salad and fresh fruit, but in Thailand, fresh fruit should be easy to get!

Great location, surrounded by a lot of bars, eateries, and cafes. Convenience stores are nearby less than 3 minutes walk. Shopping mall MAYA is at a comfortable walking distance. Getting ride-hailing service easily.

In the heart of Nimmanhaemin Chiang Mai, 9th floor, quiet when doors closed, open to views and life sounds of lively life and music, and cool mornings, I felt at home in a large room, king bed, kettle area, fridge, bath, hot water, good elevator, lock safe, good air con, friendly cleaning, bottled water given. responsive helpful staff. Extended my stay at a lower rate was appreciated. Appreciate clean wood floors. Vegan cafes, cold press juice, smoothies, fruit and veg, coconuts and anything else needed walking distance in a creative neighborhood where everyone walks.

Bed side tables had no drawers

Staff is kind. Room is clean. Place is convenient.

Wifi is very very very weak and slow. Lift can be used from 2nd floor only. If you have heavy baggage, better to avoid this hotel. Breakfast, taste is fine but so less variety. So noisy bar is near by hotel.

The hotel location is very good within 10 minutes walk to many F&B outlets. The receptionist Ms New and Mr Game were friendly and helpful in terms of transportation to tourist attractions.

The aircon was not working properly.
