Best location to great daytime and night time exploration. Landry is literally 25 steps away and you can drop off and come back to pick up or have them deliver to your hotel. Completely cold water bottles, espresso, and cappuccino machine, as well as juice in the lobby. Easy to check out umbrella if it rains. Massage straight in your room after a long day was great for only 500 baht. 7am to 11am complementary breakfast included. Easy location for pick up if you plan to do any elephant or temple excursions

Location is great, easy to go for food, shopping, and massage. All in walking distance. Good choice breakfast , something new every day. The room is spacious and comfy. Drinking water is unlimited. You can get it from the huge refrigerator in the lobby. And there’s also coffee machine available 24hours f.o.c. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Parking in front of hotel is only for 5 cars max. We had to find parking lot near by on one busy weekend night and cost 50B. Swimming pool is small and situated in the area that everybody can see.

The rooms and furniture were very comfortable, and the common areas were pretty quiet and clean. The staff was nice and respectful. The area around the hotel was nice and pleasant - there's many restaurants and stores to explore within a walking distance, and walking around at night felt very safe. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay.

While the breakfast provided was tasty, there were limited vegan options. There were a bit more vegetarian options, but it was hard to determine / ask about the ingredients used.

The location of the hotel... please visit the restaurant just opposite the hotel... it's really good and value for money The room stay was good ... the bed was good too and in room massage was fantastic All staffs spoke really good English nd were able to assist with all the queri3s which we had Breakfast to some might find it lack of choices but for me it is really sufficient.....

Excellent location. Lots of dining options within walking distance, and near One Nimman and Maya mall. Old town is also not too far away and easy to get to via Grab. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They tried their best to accommodate our requests.

Towels were quite old and worn out. It’s time to retire them and replaced with new ones. There were ants in all the rooms we booked so we had to keep food in the fridge. There wasn't hand soap in the bathroom by default but we were able to get one upon request. Room slippers would have been a bonus.

Great location in Nimman, and not a bad place to stay for the price. Some deferred maintenance, but really a friendly spot with great lobby coffee and excellent breakfast. Wifi fast. Rooms fine...but others need some basic upkeep.

Nimman is a bit distant from where you might want to be in Chiang Mai...it became trendy thanks to social media Japanese and Korean girls doing cute cafes and shops in the Uni-district a decade plus ago, but has fallen on slightly hard times as the clientele has dissipated. Chiang Mai's trendy has moved back to the Old Town, leaving the area good value and still some great eating places, but many empty venues. Norn is perhaps one of the best in the area and good value for money, but suffering from the trend shift a bit.

we love the vibe of the hotel!! the lobby is beautifully decorated. it's located about 10-min walk to One Nimman, with lots of shops and cafes dotted at the surrounding. the room is spacious with ample space for 2 large luggages. the softness of the bed was just right. there is dry and wet separation in the toilet which is a bonus! there is free bottled water at the lobby; the bottle was nicely designed too! everything was great, we enjoyed our 3 nights of stay!

1. Super friendly staff. 2. Free-flow coffee, cold drinks, and water bottle 24 hrs at the reception. 3. Good breakfast. Not a lot of verities. But, everything is so delicious. I love all the food, especially the traditional sweet snack and kha soi. 4. location: nice neighborhood. Lots of beautiful and good cafes, 7/11, and restaurants nearby. A good northern Thai restaurant is just across the road.

one small suggestion- the bath towels should be replaced.

Nice location in the Nimman area. A bit of a walk to get to the old quarter, but we like the exercise. There were many excellent restaurants, massage parlors and coffee shops in the area. Staff were nice and helpful with tour bookings. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection.

The water pressure in the shower was a little weak.
