I loved the location. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and design shops and is well located to walk around Nimman. The staff were very kind and the hotel provides a delicious bael juice drink in the lobby. The room is a good size, the bed is comfortable, and there is a desk for working.

A very minor thing - I wish the window in the room had been larger to allow in more natural light (as that helps when working remotely), but it was a decent size.

I did not try the breakfast myself. However, I love so far everything that this hotel has to offer. Location was perfect, and surprisingly quiet! There are already few cafes outside of the hotel and not to mention other cafes nearby the location. It is situated at the best location in Chiang Mai in my opinion and it is not even far from the airport. I did not really try the gym but everything else works fine. even though I asked not to clean my room but everyday i came back with two water bottles outside hanging on my room door. Really 5 stars in my opinion.

The only thing that i did not like about this place if i really need to mention that is the ants that i found on the table in my room. Other than that, everything else is perfect and the room is perfect for lone traveler or two people max with a child.

A perfect location in the middle of the city with plenty of cafes, restaurants, massage salons, car and bike rental etc. Considerate staff, especially cleaning personnel. A quiet and cozy hotel. A room is also comfortable. Breakfast is nice, and personnel is polite in the restaurant.

Soundproofing in the room could be better. Audibility is too strong. Coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant leaves much to be desired too.

The location is excellent. It was very convenient to be able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in show was great.

- the floor was to slippery. My son fell down a couple times. - the wall is quite thin we can hear next door and people walking in the hallway.

Superb location. The room was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. There is iced cold water and a small snack stall provided all day round in the lobby which is very nice and convenient.

The hotel only gave 1 keycard for each room, and their restaurant only opens for breakfast/brunch and then close for the rest of the day. Although it's not a problem because there are so many nice cafe and restaurants around.

Very strategic location, plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes, spa and massage within walking distance with very affordable price. Hotel and room are exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Room is clean and spacious enough for all the luggage.

Corridor is stuffy and humid in rainy days. Hotel lobby and corridor is not always air-conditioned. Sound proofing can be improved, can hear other guests walking and talking in the corridor. However we don't hear noise from other rooms, only from the corridor.

Good and convenient location, parking available if you are driving.

The room seem to have a damp small potentially coming from the toilet which doesn’t make it feel clean even tho the room was clean and tidy. The wall is not sound proofing so you can hear everything from next door.

The location was great for exploring Nimman. A lot of cafes and cool shops nearby within a walking distance. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom for the double room was quite narrow and small. The room size was also quite small compared to another hotel I've stayed at in Nimman. There was only a tiny window. However, if you're only there to sleep at night, it is okay.

Comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast is quite good. Made to order omelettes and a wide selection of Thai food. Pretty worth it. I had it on the first morning there.

I like the location and how big the parking lot is. The breakfast is great with variety of food choice. Taste of the food is good. The room is clean. Good service.

The water heater wasn't working! It was terrible. Especially during the cold weather in the morning, it was super cold and almost unbearable even though I like the cold shower. I think the room number is 309.
