We booked it for 2 weeks but had to leave earlier due to enormous noise from airplanes as well as from the other rooms/corridor. Eventually, I got sick from lack of sleep and had to go elsewhere. However, we got full refund for not used nights and staff was very understanding. I'd like to thank them for it. I would never stay again, though.

Huge room with great balcony and wonderful views, very comfortable bed, great setup with sink being outside the bathroom so one person can shower while the other gets ready etc. Fast wifi and good TV. Lovely pool with pretty garden area. We didn't eat breakfast as wanted to explore the food options in Nimman more but it looked like a substantial offering. Free refrigerated glass bottled water on every floor which was a really nice touch. Hotel is in a very cool part of town with great shops, bars, and restaurants (the rooftop bar right opposite the hotel is really lovely). Absolutely lovely, professional, helpful staff. Easy to get to the old town etc as CM is small and easy to navigate with Grab or on foot etc. A great hotel I would thoroughly recommend to others.

The hotel itself is very well-maintained, and the service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was also impressive with generous selection of both local and international dishes that made for a great start to the day. The room was clean, and the bedspread was fresh and clean, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel provided great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere in Nimman.

Suggestion:- The air quality in Chiang Mai can be quite poor. I believe it would be a valuable investment for the hotel to consider adding air purifiers in the common areas, such as the lobby and hallways. This would not only improve the comfort of guests, but also align with the growing focus on guest well-being and health.

We like the friendly staff, the location, building, room and especially the breakfast. My daughter who usually skips breakfast because of being a heavy sleeper, surprisingly joined us for breakfast every morning for the whole time after her first attempt to wake up earlier than usual. The breakfast spread was not big or grand as other hotels but in our opinion, sufficient to cater for all our taste and in a nutshell in our opinion, you name it and they have it!

What we didn't like was the building's pole in our room blocking my daughter's view from the TV. Ours was a triple room.

It was just awesome. The breakfast is great, the staff are friendly and super helpful, you can book tours through them and they only work with Joy Elephant Sanctuary, which is one of the most ethical places to see elephants. One of the staff - Bom - even helped us make a plan for a full day, and everything worked out great. The room was super comfy, everything was spotless. It's not right in the centre, but it costs about 150 baht by tuktuk, or 200 by grab taxi to go to the central area. I would stay here again. There are many cafes and massage places in the area.

the staff were really nice and always down for a chat. the room was clean and loved all the amenities including the snack bar downstairs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. I can't fault a thing.

I chose this place cuz of its location and pool. The pool was massive but the only downside is that it doesn't get any sunlight so the water was quite cold. and there were quiet signs everywhere from 8pm - 8am but the walls were pretty thin and I heard every single movement from the rooms next door and the corridor. the planes go right next to the hotel so if you wanna sleep before midnight or after 7am it's nearly impossible

It is really great to feel being taken care of during your stay. Very helpful and flexible staff with no scripts, lots of nice gesture to comfort the guests such as unlimited bottled water or free cookies or even noodles 24/7. The Nimman area is also a very pleasant place to stay. Would really recommend the hotel and looking forward to staying there again ☺️

All was great. The only thing, the room was a bit dusty and it could be seen, probably air cleaner could be a suggestion for future improvements.

Had a great stay, the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast - so much food to choose from - lovely eating around the pool so cool and peaceful. Free water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day. Staff advised best place for a massage and they were right! Nimman is quite vibrant and lively. It's about 30 min walk into the centre but around 10 mins in a taxi. I used the Bolt app which was fast and good value.

We really enjoyed our stay at BED Nimman. Our room was spacious, clean, and very bright—maybe a bit odd having the sink out of the bathroom, but not an issue for us—and the hotel was located in a nice part of the town, not far from the centre and the airport. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was full of options, and the fact that there were lots of bottles of water on every floor to take for free, which is a great approach from an environmental perspective. Shout out to their young, excellent staff, always friendly and attentive. We got offered ice cream, and they also packed a few pastries for us to take to the airport on our last day as we had to leave before breakfast time. Those were small details that showed how much they care.

The service was amazing! The breakfast was great. Good, comfortable, big bed. Pool was clean and refreshing. Location was walking distance to anything we needed and easy to find for grab. I cannot say enough about the staff, everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Airplane noise was loud, but infrequent. We used a sound machine app at night and didn't ever wake up from airplane noise.
