The bed was absolutely amazing! Comfy and great pillows. We all slept very well. The place is spotless, pool is great, staff are lovely! It was very quiet at night (1st floor near the pool). Location in Nimman is perfect for exploring the area on foot and it’s a quick Grab ride to get to Old Town.

Shower design isn’t great as you have to be in the shower to turn it on. But everything else about the bathroom is nice.

Location is perfect and receptionist were very kind.

1. **Do not trust the pictures. They only look good in photos (which were taken a few years ago when it first opened), but the reality is far from appealing. Upon closer inspection, you wouldn't even want to stay longer. The place is dirty and shows signs of aging. 2. **The property is surrounded by taller buildings, resulting in most rooms getting no sunlight at all. This lack of natural light causes a musty smell, especially in the toilets. With no windows in the bathrooms, they appear dark and emit a foul odor. Moreover, the fixed shower head means you won't enjoy a refreshing shower experience. 3. **The damp environment attracts small flies and spiders – I found myself having to kill a few every night before going to bed. Imagine how uncomfortable that can be. 4. **Although I have a better room with a pool, the water looked disgustingly dirty. When I inquired about how often the water was changed, the staff informed me that it had never been changed during her tenure at the hotel. 5. **For the next day, when staff to make the room, I expected fresh bed sheets; however, it became evident that instead of changing them, the staff simply sprayed on them to give the appearance of cleanliness. I could tell because the bed sheet felt damp (and I could identify the same small mark). Unfortunately, I had to endure this for an entire night. 6. **Numerous guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the subpar breakfast offerings – cold canned food of low quality served repetitively every day. Considering the price paid, there are far better accommodation options available.
