Nice hotel for the price, with helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary refreshing Bael drink and snack in the lobby. The convenience of checking out various eateries, cafes, money changers and massage shops. Spoilt for choices even if you stay for a few nights.

Mattresses are rather sunken. We (total 7 rooms) were there when the Earthquake happened on 28Mar25 n departed the next day. Tiles popped, cracked and fell off, cracked lines along many walls. Am concerned if the hotel gets professionals to ensure the structure is ok or get them strengthened and fixed.

I recently did a 5-day stay at Hug Nimman Hotel in a Supreme Double room with balcony for a short workation. For the price I paid, this accommodation offered an exceptional value and hospitality. Here’s why: 1. Room Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was top class. Bed linens were clean, floor was spotless and towels were clean. 2. Bathroom Bathroom was standard with basic amenities. One thing to improve on would be to have a better shower curtain to ensure the water doesn’t get everywhere, but not a dealbreaker. 3. Special touches The room came with a few special touches such as bath robes, slippers, snacks, juices, water and coffee. 4. Location: The accommodation was in a strategic location, walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. Overall, located in a good and safe neighbourhood with minimum noise level. To get to the city centre (Old City), you can easily hail a Songthaew or get a Grab service. *Tip: Songthaew shouldn’t cost more than THB30 per person and within city limits. Chat with the drivers for more info. 5. Staff: The receptionists and housekeepers were helpful and hospitable. 6. Wi-Fi and Connectivity:* WiFi was good and reliable, making it convenient for working professionals.

Fantastic location, quick walk to just about everything. Just 10-15 mins from airport. Also for any tours that we booked, we were picked up later than other groups and dropped of first since we're just outside of town ;)

We booked the hotel because they listed a fitness center on booking.com, however when we arrived and I asked the front desk and they gave me an address outside of the hotel. Also low shower pressure.

Rooms were clean, well managed, and dry. There were tables, a small cupboard-like space and excellent bathrooms. A good experience. The location was especially good and everything was at a walking distance in Nimman.

Would have liked more amenities like a pool. But I can't complain overall.

The breakfast is normally very nicely balanced in food options on the hot side. However, this time the hot food was not very nice. Fried eggs overcooked - and the hot food selection very average.

No obvious negatives.

We have requested Halal food in breakfast as part of our booking. The staff was kind enough to prepare separate dishes everyday we stay in the hotel. A big thanks to all for the gesture. The location was too good. Everything was at very near to the hotel.

Very comfortable bed and good air conditioner. Staff very polite and helpful. Room was very clean.

Only problem was that I had to run the shower for 20 minutes until warm water finally came out

Too dark for reading. Wierd bed side switch that turn of electrical outlet in order to turn off the bed side lamp. The only way to charge your phone on the bedside table during sleeping ,is keeping the switch on and unplugging the lamp.

Location was very ideal. Love how everything is within walking distance.

I think the only issue i can nitpick on is the fact that they only have one elevator. Sometimes during peak timing, we gotta wait for quite abit.
