We especially enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. The location is an easy walk from many great restaurants and coffee shops. An extra nice touch was the espresso coffee maker, available in the dining area for guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This simple boutique hotel offers great value for the cost. This was our second time to stay and will likely return again.

The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Everytime we asked for new toilet paper or anything else they organised it in less than a minute which is awesome. One day we wanted to make some donations for an orphanage and they organised a bus for us and even the nearby supermarket helped us with carrying all the supplies to the hotel. Value for money is superb. You even have free water/tea/coffe and even small snacks. There was a microwave that we could use every time of the day which helped a lot because we usually came back very late. The receptionists were always friendly and very helpful even late at night. Other than that the hotel is located at an amazing place with lots of cute coffee shops nearby and even the Maya shopping center was only a 15min walk away.

The room was a little bit small for 3 people and the sink was not in the bathroom but in the room which made it a little bit annoying when you had to brush your teeth in the room where your frinds were already sleeping but not every room is like that.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help in every way. We loved the location with many great restaurants just a short walk anway and easy access to several relaxing Thai massage opportunities. Our rooms were comfortable, just what we were needing. Coffee and water fill stations were freely available. The children especially enjoyed the pool.

A wonderful, well-located property; nice pool and comfortable twin room. They did laundry for us and returned it the next day; inexpensive.

The room had essentially no natural light; one small window with a dark tint. We tended to be there for down time during the afternoon heat and it would have been nice to have more light.

Amazingly friendly staff. Nice sized rooms, nice and clean. The pool was nice and clean, not busy. The hotel was in a nice spot of the main road.

The overhead plains were noisy, but you picked a hotel close to an airport.

the wall is too thin that I can hear most of the thing from other rooms in the same floor, but fortunately most of them sleep pretty quietly.

The location is perfect! Not far away from the Maya Mall and Cafés and Restaurants. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Free water and tea 24h. Nice breakfast. Totally recommended!
