We loved our room, the pool area & friendly staff through out the hotel. It didn’t matter who you spoke with, they were always friendly & polite. Everywhere was clean & tidy Great location, very chilled & relaxed. Easy walking distance to the Old Town if you don’t mind walking in the heat - (around 30 mins doing a chilled pace) Lots of shops & restaurants within the area, hotel food very good also

Buffet breakfast as the items were cold - I only experienced this breakfast style once during my 10 day stay Up until that day I’d love my Asian breakfast on a daily basis. It was also so delicious & freshly cooked

Wonderful design and atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel offer a great value for money. Nice facilities, swimming pool and a useful access to DIY laundry inside the hotel (nit as cheap as outside, yet very useful to enjoy a swim or diner while your laundry is being done.

The hotel is located a bit far from my center. However very good options around the hotel for diner. Lu h enough if you do not intend more than 3 nights at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location.

The staff seemed very disinterested. When we arrived and asked about local restaurants and bars they said they didn't know. We later discovered we were very close to them and it was extremely surprising that the staff did not direct us. On check out they merely presented the invoice but did not ask if we had had a good experience.

The pool area and location were great. Breakfast staff and the food were good, with a variety each day. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and fast

Reception staff not very friendly, even walking past, no eye contact or recognision. A very noisy hotel, where you can here other guests on the corridor, shutting thier doors and talking in their rooms. If you are a light sleeper, you will be disturbed, a lot.

Everything is great except that the hotel needs to do some renovation. It starts to get old since last two years when I first visit where everything are more attractive.

Need some renovation especially more lighting in the room.

I love this hotel! Beautiful, charming place.The staff are the friendliest bunch of people. Nothing is too much to ask. The manager couldn’t have been more attentive, with everything I asked for. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll be back! Steve Bisley

I love everything about this place!

The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located outside the old city wall. It is in Nimmanhaemin animated neighborhood, but around the hotel it is very quite. The staff is amazing, very helpful. Swiming pool is beautiful, breakfast was good.

Amazing hotel, pool, and restaurant/co-working space. WiFi always spot on. Spacious, clean, well maintained room with a balcony. Really nice bathroom. Very close to trendy Nimman.

Pool chair/lounge covers were mostly dirty with stains, spills and stitches coming apart. This would be my only complaint. Not very sanitary without a layer/s of beach towel/s on top.

The staff were very helpful. The decor is relaxing, kind of clean and rustic. Spacious room with a light, airy bathroom. The location is excellent - lots of cool cafes etc. within walking distance and the night markets are less than 10 mins in a taxi. Room service arrived fast.

The rooms are a bit dark. Only one key card (we didn't ask for a second, maybe they provide upon request) Breakfast was mediocre. Not bad, but had a limited selection and nothing really special. The steak was tough, I don't recommend it at all.

Really good value for money get a better accommodation than the price suggests. Nice pool, comfortable rooms and great location. Would stay again for sure.

I didn’t rate the breakfast, only paid for it the first day, cheapest processed meats and greasy eggs. The ac in my room didn’t work too well.
