The staff were very helpful and friendly, which is most important to me. The classic architecture of the hotel creates a very nice feeling like you are fancier than usual. The breakfast has all the choices you could want and the surprisingly empty restaurant always fired up delicious Thai meals.

Thai beds are very firm... very very firm and short of traveling with a mattress topper (which are very popular with Westerners living here), the only solution is to spend up for a western style hotel. It's not a deal breaker... when I've been on the go all day, I fall asleep without noticing but you won't be comfortable laying in bed all day watching TV.

Location was so convenient and easily accessible. More halal items of breakfast should have been added.

Pork items should have been highlighted to be compatible with halal tourism. Hotel staffs struggle to communicate in English. Pick-up and drop service to and from Airport should have been regularized.

Our room was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. You can find convenience stores, ATMs and a lot of eating places in walking distance around the hotel. If you want to pay your stay with a card be aware that it will cost you +3% of commission. The bed was a bit hard that I actually liked. It’s a bit distant location if you want to check out night markets, however grab is easily available. The neighborhood was nice you can also find there good coffee or massage places.

Very close to Maya mall, old town, shops and cafes as well as the airport.

It is located on a very busy road and at least the room I was in was very loud (road noise as well as the continuous noise from the doorbell of the 7/11 across the street). Personally didn’t mind too much, just something to be aware off. Water pressure in the shower really low

very kind and helpful staff, lovely pool and breakfast room. Situated not too far from the center (a nice long walk from Wat Phra Singh) and yet very quiet at night. Highly recommended

The fifth floor room had a nicer view and less noise (compared to a first floor room I stayed later); the interior decor is nice. The location is fantastic, there is a seven eleven right in front and great cafes and bars all around.

I have to be in chaing mai once a month and stayed here for few times now . Good location,staffs are fantastic.

The light from outside but they turned off around 10-11pm . Noise from the bar but not very loud . The mattress is hard .

For the price I thought this was a great stay. Everything was clean, the room was huge, we got free drinking water. The staff was very kind and attentive, everything was great!

Location, room, good price, staff. Showers have been renovated so the death trap bathtubs are gone.

Beds are little ob the hard side.
