We loved the friendliness, location is superb, accommodation perfect, great beds. The shower has great pressure and it's nice to have a bath too. Topdeck pool is great with adjoining gym overlooking Nimman. No one ever used it. Nice to have a rooftop bar, and the breakfast made for an easy start to every day, not too early either, which is refreshing when away. Sometimes you want to sleep in, right? Coffee shops everywhere and the best coffee in the world! Room amenities and mini bar are fab, not many hotels have this available. We love Chiang Mai so much, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much.

The shower needs re jigging to avoid needing blinds to stop water, the glass screen just needs moving over. Thats all, we loved our stay.

This hotel was in a great location - easy walking distance to One Nimman and the Maya Lifestyle Centre and dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, massage places - basically everything you need. It's a short ride via the red taxi or Tuk Tuk to the Sunday Night Market and the Warorot Market. The breakfast is stellar - lots of variety to suit all tastes - fried rice, Thai curries, soups, and your traditional bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and more. Loved the fresh dragonfruit, watermelon, oranges, and papaya. Coffee was also excellent. Room was nicely appointed and it was clean. The staff are fantastic and very helpful.

I found the mattress a bit on the hard side, so by the end of my trip, my body was feeling it. Also, the water for the shower was inconsistent - I couldn't figure out the optimal spot to have a nice warm shower - it was either super hot or cold. That wasn't a major issue though.

The room was spacious for us. The additional bathroom was great especially when traveling with a teenager. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great with a variety of food each day. We look forward to staying here once again.

The showers have a water flow issue and didn't drain fast enough that we had some minor flooding in the bathrooms. When we took the drain covers off, the water drained better. However after doing that for a couple of days, the maintenance staff closed the covers and screwed them in which made the bathrooms flood again.

The location is very convenient and quiet, with a good massage parlor right next to the hotel. Room is spacious

We arrived earlier at the hotel and were told the check in time was later. We headed out for lunch and came back 30 mins before the check-in time. I saw that our rooms were ready and the keys were left at the back of the counter. I tried to ask if it's possible to check in earlier but they told me I can't. So we spent the 30 mins with my toddler napping in the lobby. Only when the stipulated time is up, they passed me the keys which I feel they are rather unaccomodative.

The hotel is quick to reach from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. The booked room had a living room and kitchen part with a medium sized refrigerator and a bedroom part with bathroom with sliding doors. The room was clean and has air-conditioning but also a window and window doors that could be opened. Breakfast was included in the price and nearby a lot of 7-Eleven stores and massage options. Hotel arranged transportation for a low price to the airport.

The bathroom is somewhat small and a bit too dark with the available lightning. There was an issue with the hot water installation which could not really be fixed so too hot for shower or too tepid when using the sink. Not hotel specific but the airport is close by so expect plane traffic. Breakfast was good but nothing special.

Rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel was in a great location easy to walk around and enjoy the local area.

The layout for a 2 bedroom was a bit unusual as there wasnt really anywhere to hangout - some armchairs or sofas in the rooms would have been nice as they were big rooms. We were surprised there was only one shared bathroom between the 2 rooms as there is usually one room with an ensuite. Also some additional hooks in the bathroom would be good.

Great hotel with an amazing luxurious room and the beds are comfortable to sleep. The decor is elegant, featuring rich fabrics and tasteful art that create a warm ambiance. Additionally, the staff is attentive and always ready to assist with any requests, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant offers a delightful menu, showcasing local cuisine that tantalizes the taste buds. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional experience that leaves guests eager to return.

The staff at the reception desk were welcoming and happy to help. The rooftop pool had good views and was a decent size. The bar did not open until 6:30pm, however in the day we would take our own drinks up there. We booked the two bedroom premier which had plenty of room and was well decorated. The Italian restaurant opposite the hotel, called 'Why not?' was incredible with dishes of local meat and fish. The restaurant was so good that we went all 3 nights that we were in Chiang Mai!

Breakfast was a simple but sufficient spread. Staff were friendly & accommodating to your request for additional servings. Location is great. A lot of massage options, variety of restaurants of different cuisines available within walking distance. The "Maya" mall is also within walking distance, for those who prefer shopping in a mall. The room we stayed was perfect for 3, or maybe even 4. We had a king size bed & a separate single bed & 2 baths/toilets, which was so much more convenient for the 3 of us. And the room was spacious enough for 3 of us to walk around after opening 3 big luggage bags.

Nothing that I can really think of. Everything was pleasant.

The rooms are impeccable with excellent cleaning services. 3.Beautiful decor and spacious rooms. 4. Good location near all the Main Street with nice views from inside the 5. The laundry service was great! They give you back the clothing folded neatly in plastic pockets as if they’re newly bought from the store.

1. Their breakfast was really limited in options:however, the available options were good. If they made their options more varied this hotel would be perfect.
