Good value. Large room (room 401). Light, bright and airy with ample windows. Large, comfortable. bed. Room facing the street, but quiet. Restaurant downstairs. Close to all necessary facilities (pharmacy, money change, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants). A short walk to Nimman central shopping.

No lift. 3 flights of stairs, but staff carried my luggage up.

its above the restaurant, so the restaurant can do room service to take food order. its strategic that within 100 metres there are 7-E and Lotus supermarket

Comfortable bed, spacious room, simple yet nicely decorated. Location in Nimman is perfect. Rooms seemed to be insulated nicely against outside sound. The owner Tony is a really nice guy.

The room is spacious and just like the picture shows. There is a lot of light coming in and the bathroom is also big.

1. There were shoes in the shower. 2. The water from the shower went everywhere. 3. They couldnt open the safe so we couldnt use it. 4. There is no reception as it is mainly a restaurant so no one understands and can help us if we needed anything. 5. The waitresses didnt ubderstand what we were saying. 6. They only had one key and could not provide us with another so we couldnt split.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Suthep. Clean and spacious. The Korean restaurant downstairs makes delicious food. Lockbox in the room and good WiFi.

The bed was probably a little too uncomfortable for me. It needs a mattress topper. Probably ok for a couple of nights however I stayed a week and lost sleep because of it. I ended up moving to another accommodation nearby.

There were cockroaches on the balcony. The AC was dirty.
