By far the best hotel I’ve experienced in Chiang Mai and Thailand (out of my 3 visits). There were 4 key features: Location - located directly opposite to One Nimman, with various cafes, shops and markets nearby. The location also made getting around different parts of Chiang Mai very convenient. Safety - As a pair of female travellers, and as someone who often travel solo, I felt really safe in and around the area of the hotel. Cleanliness - Super clean with good water pressure. Staff - from the front desk to the cleaners, everyone were all very friendly, approachable and helpful.

To be very honest, there was nothing to dislike.

Hotel and staff are amazing and professional!

Pla from either reservations or front office team was not helpful at all! I have asked for my tax invoice for my last stay for 3 times already! It seems Pla is neglecting my request! This is my second stay at the hotel and my overall experience in the past is amazing and the staff are really professional! I am not sure why this simple request is not granted. I mentioned that I have to complain and Pla's answer was send us a message and I will share it with management!!

The hotel really was beyond my expectation. I didnt expect much but it blew my mind from staff service quality, the food, the gym, the furnishings, and mind you it is a 6-year old hotel. The location is also perfect given that we have a car. You get a lot for the price you pay. We even engaged their 2 hour massage service for us in the room which was THB1000 per person. Even the in-room dining was exceptional despite being low price. The hotel had free dance lessons on certain days and bicycle rental was also also free on-site.

Just wish the parking could have been made easier. The parking at the Nimman Mall wasnt bad but they can be full during peak hours in the evening and that can be problematic although we did get our parking on the 5th floor (top floor). We also thought that while the breakfast spread was good, too many offerings had pork in them especially the mains. This doesnt bode well for non-meat eaters or us Muslims. We hoped that this could be changed where either more vegetarian-friendly options are offered and more fish or seafood options as well. The rest was fine. Other than that, the place was great.

We love the facilities well maintained. We haven’t used the sauna but if we stay longer we will use it for sure. We not to the gym and work out a bit. We love the breakfast it’s the highlight during our stay lots of variety western and Thai food. We also loved our room super clean and the the rain shower add more comfort and all the extras in the room it’s also spacious. The view from the infinity pool was beautiful the view of the city. The hotel itself is next to the one Nimman select where the big clock is located and it’s surrounded by all restaurants and cute shops and food court in great location. Staff are amazing very helpful.

We wish that the bed is a little bit more like Marriott fluffy and soft since this hotel is 5 star hotel it was a little bit firm. The outside window on each room has to be cleaned it was already dirty outside and the view from the inside will be more blurry and no great.

The location is excellent as it is in the centre of the high end shopping area. The facilities in the hotel are amazing. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym room. The buffet breakfast is also great and I love to sit outdoor to enjoy the morning breeze! Apart from the hardware, I appreciate very much the prompt response and friendly smile of all front desk staff. In the first night of stay, we experienced inadequate heating up of water for shower. Your front desk staff responded instantly to my call and had everything checked and put right the next morning. I would like to express my gratitude to Game, the customer manager of the hotel and her staff for making our stay in a most relaxed and pleasant way.

The hotel’s location is highly convenient, with excellent access to numerous attractive commercial facilities nearby, all within walking distance. Its proximity to the airport is also a great advantage, taking only about 10 minutes by taxi. The staff’s friendly and efficient service is also commendable.

Given the hotel’s proximity to the airport, airplane noise can be an issue, and the lively music from One Nimman or traffic sounds might be uncomfortable for sensitive individuals. While the breakfast offers a variety of options, there are no particularly noteworthy features to mention.

The staff who was wearing the bell boy uniform (Not too sure his position of the U Nimman) named Pong welcomed our family with his generous mind and language. He provided great information of Chiang Mai and checked with us if we needed any assistance from him whenever he saw us. Dear Benz - You made our day at the end of the trip with great expression of Chiang Mai and U Nimman Chiang Mai. You were so confident to help us and treated us as special customers one of each. We definitely wanted to come back because of two of you! The staff who were working at the restaurant amazingly sweet! Thanks for your help while we were there The location was so closed to everywhere that I wanted to go.

The light in the living room was not off even though I tried all of lights in my suite (2 bed room) I had to sleep with the light on in the living room. When a staff who brought me extra towels, I asked him if he could help me to turn off the light the next day. The staff tried to turn it off but it didn't work. He went down and brought up the technician right it away and fixed the light system. Thanks for your prompt response!

The hotel is immaculately clean. The rooms (we stayed in a premium deluxe) were very spacious and have everything you need. The pool has a low number of loungers but, for this time of year, it wasn't an issue for our party of 6. There is a pool bar serving good value drinks and snacks. The staff were incredible. Friendly, helpful and attentive. You couldn't ask for more from these amazing people. We only dined in the restaurant for breakfast but it was excellent. Great variety of both local and worldwide food and it was of a very good quality. You could find cheaper accommodation in Chiang Mai but, in comparison to the UK, value for money was very good.

I couldn't find fault in any part of our stay here!

Excellent location. Its location is right next to the major shopping and dining area. The staff are capable, helpful, and very accommodating. Good gym with a small pool (not for lap swim).

The room was slightly noisy. Music from the nearby restaurants was loud enough to be heard through the closed windows. However, with a pair of earplugs, it didn't bother me much.

U Nimman is a true 5 star hotel and very modern. I only stayed one night, but it was a very good experience. The staff is exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful. My room (a king bed standard) was large, elegant, and very well appointed. Because of its location, I was worried about noise, but the room was soundproofed with real blackout window and balcony curtains and shades. Everything is very modern. The walk-in shower is spacious and swanky. Usually, I avoid hotel restaurants, but this place was incredible, and I had breakfast (included) here, and the options and freshness were world-class! Location is the best in the Nimman and if you're looking for luxury accommodations with impeccable service, this is the place!
