My stay at the hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations! The entire staff - from cleaning, to the reception, to the kitchen - was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect and only a 5-minute walk from the Yellow co-working space. The room was nicely decorated and clean, and the bathroom had a great shower and was well-maintained. The breakfast had a solid variety every day. Overall, it's an excellent value for money for any digital nomad coming to Chiang Mai.

This is an excellent boutique hotel in the trendy Nimman District of Chiang Mai. The room was a good size with all standard amenities and then some, the bed comfortable, the bathroom, while small, has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Great location too with great restaurants and bars within an easy walking distance. Even the breakfast buffet is extremely well appointed. The daily housekeeping service keeps your room and the hotel extremely clean.

Not much to dislike. If I had to pick one thing, and I did not use it, the pool is very small and located just off the lobby... even that was sparkling clean.

The location is right in the center on Nimmam closed to One Nimman and within walkable to Maya shopping mall. Breakfast menu is acceptable. The front staffs are super friendly.

I was in room 705, the room design a bit strange for me, the toilet is located at the end of the room, no shower room but we have a bathtub instead, taking a shower in the bathtub may be a bit challenge for those in limited of movable and flooe always flooding after. The very limited of car parking however the hotel provide public parking in free of charge but have to walk about 700 m.

A spacious, cozy and bright room. A large and comfortable bed. New and very powerful air conditioner. Very clean ( including the inside of the refrigerator!). There is a nice but small pool. The service was excellent ! The staff were friendly, polite and kind, they understand and speak English well, they took care of everything that was needed above and beyond. The location of the hotel in the heart of Nimman neighborhood. A nice neighborhood, full of entertainment places, restaurants and cafes and not as crowded as in other parts of the city.

The location and the rooms are fantastic. Staff are super nice also and also the price is great.

Breakfast and the service is not too great….it was only a little extra to have breakfast included but most of the time I went to the many local cafes. Breakfast is limited and a little cold. Not really any staff around. Pool is tiny, reception area looks more like a kindergarten reception, I got a little nervous about my choice when checking in.

We arrived as a family and stayed in 2 adjoining rooms. They were clean, bright and airy. The rooms were very spacious as far as hotel rooms go and nice floor to ceiling windows made the space even more better. The different floors are themed, we stayed on the 6th floor which was Japanese themed and has a very cosy and boutique appearance. The location is excellent for the Maya shopping centre, the open air food market nearby and various coffee shops only a few minutes walk away. Location is also ideal for Doi Suthep, Chiang Mai Zoo and the airport. The staff were super friendly and one lady in particular was excellent. She is the lady who helped out at breakfast time and would make fresh fried eggs for us in the morning. We never asked your name but I think you know who you are :) So thank you so much for making out stay pleasant. We will definitely be returning back again and hopefully get to stay on another floor to experience another themed room.

NOT a criticism of the hotel but the hotel is situated down a small side road which isn't paved so you have to walk on the road being careful of cars and mopeds. Something to bear in mind if you have very small/young children as you will have to hold their hands as you are literally having to walk on the road. Apart from that the area is safe and is just the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping areas.

Rooms and the hotel is a bit smaller than expected but its very clean and tidy because of that we did not mind at all

Great view from small but secluded balcony (from 801), good staff, good location, good shower, large tub by the widow overlooking the mountain

TV is old and small with lots of lagging, ants, finishing work is substandard, pool is frigid (for some that's a plus)

very friendly and helpful staff, got the best deals for tours and excursions, even better than in GetYourGuide and Viator. unexpectedly big rooms. everything was clean, new water provided each day. the best location - Nimman Area is the absolute best in Chiang Mai. the big Maya mall is only about 7 minute walk away.

the breakfast could have been better, maybe more continental choices. the pool was much smaller than in the pictures, I would say about 3x3 meters, and located inside the hotel, at the side by lobby, so very exposed place.

The location is perfect for all the amenities of Nimman, the staff are very friendly and helpful, we found the cocktail bar a great place to hang out and try out all on the menu. We’ve chosen to spend an extra 2 night here😊
