Walking distance to Maya Mall in a quiet area. Large comfortable room with plenty of storage. Shower had good water pressure, it just took a minute for the hot water to kick in. Pool area nice, with a small shallow enclosed section for kids. Bicycles are free to use and there is a free tuk tuk service to the Maya mall, although it doesn't take you quite all the way, would be better off just walking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped with a birthday surprise which really elevated the experience of our stay. Also, the free popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch!

Breakfast was disappointing for someone who doesn't eat meat, otherwise plenty of options for curries and other hot foods.

I was looking for a simple, mid range place to stay. Nothing fancy, but clean with some space in the room, an okay pool, and breakfast. This ticked all the boxes. The breakfast photos before I left made it look like it would be disappointingly western, but it was a fantastic range of curries and other food as well. Helpful staff there 24/7. Time of year we went it was a short walk to the Secret Chang Mai Night Market. If you go the opposite direction to the busy area, there are wonderful little places to eat everywhere.

Only complaint is the same I have for almost everywhere we go: if I book for three people I expect three towels, not two. There were barely any towels by the pool as well.

Very nice hotel, everything was great but Im a smoker and wasn't allowed to smoke on the balcony or a 5000b fine. I recommend this to non smokers. Smokers u will be annoyed going up and down for a smoke just like me haha 😆

Stay exceeded my expectations. They upgraded my room to a Junior Suite. I did not expect that, but I highly appreciated it. The room was big, nice comfortable, and close to restaurants and city life. There was a nice little beer garden right next to the hotel. On top of that, it was only a few minutes away from the Nimman area of Chiang Mai where you will find plenty of high-end restaurants and bars The staff was friendly and helpful and there was a good atmosphere.

We couldn't watch Netflix on the TV, because it didn't have the Smart TV function. It would be nice with a Smart TV next time we drop by.

This is a highly aesthetic and conveniently located boutique hotel; spotless and roomy with truly fantastic amenities including a pool and a large breakfast area that goes above and beyond for selection of both Asian and western items. You won’t go wrong with this place. It’s next to a busy road but it’s not loud. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Clean, bright room. Friendly reception and good housekeeping team. Good location, walking distance to Maya Mall and Nimman One, with some nice coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

The one bedroom and junior suite rooms are facing a bar which plays music until midnight and the rooms are not soundproof at all. So if you want to go to sleep early, don’t reserve these room types.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better. Great location as well—convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

I like that the room is beautiful and spacious, clean, and the equipment in the room is ready and easy to use. The staff is available 24 hours a day and there is a tuk tuk that can deliver you near Hong Maya. beautiful swimming pool And there are children's too.

There is different hotels we stayed in our trip to Chiang Mai, this hotel was our favorite. Especially is Tuktuk service to Maya mall. The rooms were clean and everything functioned properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious . The pool area is so beautiful but not biggest. The room view was amazing and saw mountain. The location is steps away from the Maya mall which was a location is shopping to more activities. I will be back in here as soon as. again.

Eggs, potatoes and beans were cold. There was no heat under the containers. An egg station would be a good addition. Breakfast room a bit small
