The place is old and simple but for the price is way more worth than anything you will get in this location, I stayed a whole month there and is actually pretty good calm and quiet, 3 minutes walk and you are in the main street, Maya mall bars etc, its much better than a hostel for almost the same price with your private room

oh the breakfast was so bad, the chicken was a type of nuggets, there was no variety, everything bought half cooked, they gave me some free breakfast tickets for staying a month but still cannot say any good about it, I mean if they give it for free is worth it but I wouldn't pay, 7eleven will be cheaper and will suit you much better :)

It was ok for one night I booked a room with a garden view ended up on the 7th floor with a leaking air conditioning unit witch we caught in a bin and was told it was an upgrade, the bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean it myself the garden is beautiful there’s no doubt about that but it wasn’t what I payed for but I’m not going to go all in it was ok for a night but definitely room for improvement

I can understand a faulty air conditioning unit but a dirty bathroom I can’t

I stayed 6 days and enjoyed it very much ! Staff ( from desk to cleaning staff) was kind, helpful and professional. Room is big, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bed is very comfortable. I also had a great view ( might depend on your floor but I suspect many rooms have a good view). You might hear a few planes but not many ( I only remember hearing 3 or 4 over 6 days ) and overall the area is very quiet. Nice swimming pool area, good for swimming or chilling and enjoying the garden, very quiet. Spacious building, green, well maintained. I really liked the vibe in the building, peaceful and happy !

AC a is loud. I put it on low and it was ok ( still a bit loud but ok). The restaurant is nice. Too bad it does not serve buffet food for regular customers ( it does for big groups).

Breakfast was 250 extra so didn't have it. Location is not bad with 8 min walk to Maya Centre and Nimman with all the opportunities to eat and buy crap you don't need. Very touristy. Nice pool but steps too short. Like the design of the hotel. Lovely garden. Garden rooms better than tower rooms. Smooth and helpful check in.

On flight patten so plane noise. Not much for internationals on TV. No Aljazeera for example. Sigh saying which is shallow and deep end would be good.

The garden Pool and the extra lobby gave us astonishing day. Breakfast has vast choice but needed to control the sweetness of the soy milk as it is too sweet for me.

Room is too small and old No fitness center
