This hotel stay left a lasting impression on me. First of all, the hotel’s location is very convenient, situated in the heart of the business district, with excellent facilities nearby. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the staff, which made me feel right at home. The room was simply yet modernly decorated, with a cozy color scheme, and the bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed by the bathroom design—it was not only spacious but also equipped with high-quality toiletries, making the experience truly relaxing. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. I not only received excellent service but also felt the thoughtful attention to detail. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely return.

I had an amazing experience! The room was immaculate. The staff was immensely friendly, amazing, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. In general, the hotel was exceptional

The sole aspect that could improve is the breakfast. It could have greater diversity and additional choices for daily use.

The rooms were very clean and easy. Very comfortable beds, pool area is nice, great noise cancellation. We continued to extend our stay. Location is really nice. 5 minute walk to the mall and the main streets of nimman with bars, markets, and nice restaurants. We even walked down to the old town a few times. It’s about a 30 minute walk but the red trucks, grabs, and tuktuks are easy to get.

The only issue we experienced was having our room cleaned. We’d be out all day and we’d come back and the room still hadn’t been done. There was probably a 4 day streak where our room didn’t get done and we continuously had to call for tp, water, and new towels. Not a huge deal as they definitely had a lot of rooms to do.

This is a basic very turn key hotel for business or inexpensive travel. There is no personality, but thats fine. The room is small but clean and just fine. I thought it would be right in the heart of the Nimman neighborhood, but its only a 8 min walk to the start of the main area, so not terrible. The gym was great, small, but everything needed. The pool is fine as well and really no complaints, just no interaction and not a place to enjoy an environment to do more than sleep. wifi worked great also.

just very businesslike and cookie cutter box of no personality. But I was just there a night to sleep before flying out and it did the job. If you want a place to enjoy an atmosphere with personality this is not it. But I have stayed at IBIS before on business and its very good for that demographic.

Wonderful location. Close to shops and great food and anything that you might need. Old town is a short grab ride or longer leisurely walk away. Breakfast is not to be missed. A huge selection of food including fresh fruit and veggies. The rooms are spotless but cozy. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again

Location was not too near the busy areas and close enough to get around by car/grab. 10 min walk to nearest shopping mall Maya. We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were sound proof.

Mattress was a bit soft, would have preferred it to be firmer.

If you are travelling with a pet I highly recommend this hotel. Children are also highly cared for and welcomed by the brilliant staff. Other guests would not know there are pets there as the whole hotel is fresh , clean, quiet and well managed. It is a very new hotel! Super comfy bed in smart brand new clean room with great little bathroom. Shampoo , body gel and lots of towels. Huge high definition good channel tv. Fridge and good electric points. The whole staff are all wonderfully helpful, polite and happy - the best staff team I have ever known!! Good extensive fresh food breakfast served for 4 hours and changes in buffet daily. Free fresh coffee and tea all day in the lobby. Room service available and a phone in the room. Rooftop swimming pool (great view of Doi Suthep) and gym are small but also very good. Location is great for shopping at Maya and Nimman - there is a free shuttle bus there and back. There is also CNX university market close by plus it is on the road to Doi Suthep - you won't get bored here. A 7/11 a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed my 3 night stay and I was sad to go! I will definitely book again.

Although it is value for money it is still pricey. I paid quite a lot after adding 300 baht a day for my cat then taxes ontop. Would like chicken in breakfast dishes as a non pork eater.

Comfortable beds but they are soft so not good if you have back problems. Good gym and pool facilities. Rooms are well soundproofed so you don’t here noises from the nearby highway. All the staff were fluently speaking in English and very supportive. Breakfast good and well worth the price.

Beds to soft, some more gym gear needed such as bands to work out and a roller.

Excellent team, very friendly, pleasant, helpful, always with a smile on their face, from the cleaning attendant, the people at reception, to the security guard at the door.

Everything is perfect.

We traveled with our small dog and was very impressed with cleanliness. They only allow guest with pets on the 1st floor which is understandable. No damp smell or pet odors. The bed is comfy and they did well on the soundproof. I could only hear the plane noise and when people walked and talked in the hallway. Would definitely visit again!
