The breakfast menu was very delicious and exceeded our expectations. It consist of meticulously prepared, carefully curated, locally sourced dishes and fresh produce. We had unlimited supply of complimentary bottled drinking water, freshly brewed coffee & tea. The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel design is modern Zen with very good ventilation, surrounded with lush trees & shrubs, with audible chirping of birds. It is accessible to Grab. The BED Team were excellent, very friendly, approachable, ready to assist & gave an extra mile to address our concerns such as suggesting must go places and even contacting us for our lost and found item after we had already checked out. So far, our recent stay in BED Changkian was the best value in terms of service & overall hotel experience we ever had. From our family, we would like to extend our special thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the BED Team who have made our stay an unforgettable experience: PAI, FRAME, VIC, PATTIE, BRING, AONG, CHEF ATS, KING, MON and all the entire BED Changkian Team. We had the pleasure of staying at Bed Chiang Kian Hotel in Chiang Mai for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the staff, especially Bright( her fantastic costumer service and Ohm(always remember our name ). Their service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, included delightful surprise of local Thai dishes. The homemade desserts were a real treat, and they even shared some with the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel surprised us with a stunning bouquet of flowers to celebrate our honeymoon in a room with super and beautiful mountains view a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special. Staying at BED Changkian in Chiang Mai offers a perfect mix of affordability and comfort. The rooms are modern, spotless, and decorated with a minimalist style that feels both cozy and refreshing. The staff is the best If've seen so far - very friendly, very professional and helping with all your problems. Our room was very nice and clean, with great panoramic view of the mountains. The facilities are also top-notch. There's breakfasts, free coffee any time of day, free bicycles, cleaning and whatnot.

I don't know, really. Maybe If you're introvert like me you'll feel a bit annoyed with all the attention and friendliness you'll get, but that's hardly a negative.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is not about the stars; it is about the value of what you get. I must say the staff who work here are truly helpful and very attentive. I have some pictures I would love to share with you. The owner gave me mosquito spray because they took it at the airport. The other day, some of the friendly staff brought me a small cake to accompany my coffee after lunch because she knew I loved it from the breakfast they provide, which by the way is amazing and is included. These and many other thoughtful details with no charge were part of my stay at this hotel. The location is outside the old city and works perfectly for someone like me who wants peace and wakes up in what I called the treehouse, as my room was right at the top of a tree where I could see squirrels jumping, birds singing, and in the distance, I could see the mountains, temples, and the city. Congratulations to the entire BED group; it is a minimalist, clean, beautiful, and welcoming style.

The hotel staffs really care about customers experience. There are recycle bottle water on each floor, water disperser in the lobby restaurant. Breakfast is great balance of local Thai food with touch of modern bread and coffee. Fresh fruit is well prepared in the fridge with fresh juice. The breakfast menu is also updated daily provides refreshing feeling every morning. The location is not far from major attractions and local market within 3 mins of walking. Staffs greets everyone whenever customers are met and helped arranged smooth stay experience.

The lovely service and warm smiles from the staff make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to places like Nimman and Doi Suthep. Most importantly, free drinking water is available 24/7, and there’s an adorable fluffy cat as part of the welcoming team!

Toothbrushes are not provided and I feel that the variety and quantity of breakfast have slightly decreased compared to last year when I stayed here.

Very nice building, rooms. Breakfast was quite nice. Everyone from the staff was super nice, probably the nicest people I have ever met! They were great, super attentive, super friendly and always smiling!

The location is not very central and most tours would not pick us up from the hotel. Also the noise from the planes taking off can be quite annoying if you don’t have earplugs to sleep.

Great location, even better staff, always helpful and recommend places, restaurants and sights they themselves had experienced. Breakfast was great and had suggestions to try different local treats. Yes, staying here was great and would do it again.

Super nice staff!! Always smile to you and help you with anything! We arrived early that day at about 9 am and they offered us a free breakfast which was really kind and warm. We felt so tired because we just got off the overnight train from Bangkok and didn’t get a well sleep. Then they gave us a 3 beds room and allowed us early check in !!! We had a really good rest that morning💕 free drink everywhere
