The Staff was exceptionally pleasant, polite and helpful from the first enter till the last stay day. They were opening doors prior each entering, meet us with soft drinks, helped with luggage, booked transfer, always online… Cleaning service also did the job always well. The Hotel itself is done in a very beautiful way with real pictures on the walls, statues and nice European architecture style. One AC in each room, two bathrooms, bathrobes, slippers, good large bed, nice sofa and very nice choice of lighting to make comfortable living. Swimming pool, Gym, restaurant, breakfast was good. Room was large, clean and well made with good furniture in rich European accent. Hotel atmosphere is a Rich European castle.

The only things can mention as negative is the balcony area floor was a bit dusty and better to wear some shoes there. Only one elevator caused sometimes extra minutes to wait for. The close location of the airport sometimes caused noise during planes taking off.

We knew the location wasnt right in the centre when we booked as wanted quiet but they put on a shuttle most days to night market and you made own way back which only cost an average of 100bht. Breakfast basic but good

Stayed.for.6 nights and on two occasions room was not made up!!, upon.mentioning it to reception they did offer to send housekeeping up but it wasnt convenient for us so just asked for clean towels & coffee etc, just disappointed that it happened twice

It would have been nice if there was a bar to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel has a very large restaurant which only opens for breakfast and the beds were extremely firm, which may suit some people. The facilities in the room were amazing, and the staff were very helpful.

The rooms are very spacious, the hotel has a nice atmosphere and a lovely design. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The pool is quiet, and the water is chill. We loved that the hotel is tucked in away from the main road

The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with amenities. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was a little hidden, but we liked that as it was quite and it was within walking distance to the street food and mall,

Facility is a little bit outdated and you needed to books everything a day in advance, like the shuttle to the airport,

I like everything on my stay. Staff are AMAZING!!!! Structure, room, facilities clean and well done! I'll be there soon, for SURE!

No buffet on breakfast was a minor issue.

The staff was amazing - quick and efficient. The manager spoke very good English and took the time to show us a suite for future stays when we travel with our children.
