Service was really friendly. Very clean. New Hotel so some Taxis didn’t know the location yet. 10-15minutes walk to the mall. It’s one of the nice districts CnX had. Friends were more in the direction of Chinatown and went often here for food and stuff. So location was okay, room was good, light in the bath was beautiful.

At night the room is blinking (the fire alarm i think) the lights of the air condition. the fridge is that loud that we switch it of. (!and we are 10 week already on the road) No tours were offered, also no pickup for some tours cause outside the town. Still really easy for drive to the city with the red shared taxi. Room was pretty cold even without climate, so a good isolated room for summer maybe. Next to the staff room so u could hear them working or waking u up like in the morning. Also sheets are mix between cotton and silk, if u like silk that’s fine.

We had a suite for 7 nights, very comfortable with 2 bathrooms. Everything in good working order. On site self laundry very handy. Rooms and communal spaces kept spotlessly clean. Friendly, quiet and hardworking staff. Location was good with easy access the the old town and Nimman area, plenty of cafes and places to eat locally.

Breakfast options basic but covered the essentials. Coffee was bitter and unpleasant to our taste. Pool is small but mainly lacks space around it to hang out and relax.

Hi Chiangmai hotel location is just 10 mins away from the airport. But in order to get to any Chiangmai attractions, most of the time we need to order grab car. The nearest Maya mall and One Ninman is about 10 mins walking distance. Our hotel room for triple is very spacious, the pool is just next to the hotel dining area. Although it is a small pool, kids had so much fun swimming in the cool water during the hot weather. Breakfast was simple and wasn’t many simple. It was the same breakfast we had for our 2 nights of stay. Staff are friendly and always smile. Overall the stay was wonderful but it is just at the pricy side considering the hotel facilities and location.

Housekeeping is on point and kept the room clean everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the big than norm mini-fridge in the room so that I can store more drinks.

It can get quite noisy in the early morning when the kids were shouting at the swimming pool / eating area. I stayed at the top floor and can still hear the raucous which woke me up. Staff can do more to keep noise level down.

Fantastic location, close to the best Kao Soy restaurant and take around 10 mins to go to Nimman area. very new facilities and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and quite. Would stay there again.

This hotel just opened 3 months ago. It is very new and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Delicious breakfast with various choices.

The swimming pool is a bit small and near the dining area.

The breakfast can be diversified with more choices. It was more of a lunch variety. Typical Thai dishes with fried rice and meat not really appropriate for breakfast.

Modern rooms with a great location. Also a Continental breakfast is served everyday which you'll appreciate after eating Thai food all day long
