Nice facilities, clean comfortable beds, great lighting in the rooms, nice showers, pools and gym also. Really nothing I can complain about except..

If you're a night owl and sleep in until 9, 10am, you may be woken up by banging and knocking from cleaning staff and other guests as well as people loading loud metal right in front of the rooms.

Myself and three friends spent 4 nights here and loved our stay. We had two rooms each with twin beds which were comfortable enough, the room was fairly spacious with a fridge and table area as well. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast service as the staff member in charge of this was so sweet and happy, he even served us extra toast on request! The congee was delicious, as were the fried eggs. The reception staff were also very helpful, spoke good English and organised a taxi to the sticky waterfalls for us. Pool looked a nice size, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. There is also a massage shop opposite the hotel which two of us used and can recommend!

The only downside was that the hotel didn’t offer a laundry service, but there was a shop on the same road (however they did have the most expensive prices we’ve seen our entire trip so we walked further out for our laundry to be done). Overall really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We stayed here for a month and we loved it here so much. The staff were all so friendly especially the man who served breakfast. The receptionists were so kind printing things we needed for us. Spacious room. Very quiet area so we slept so well every night. Not far from shops/restaurants. Lovely pool area along with a little gym. Cleaners were great. They provide umbrellas for when it's raining.

By the pool and gym it was hard to connect to the WiFi, But everywhere else the WiFi was very strong. Couldn't find English channels on the TV.

Nice and quite area, with several bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to reach the center and also the shopping mole. For days of realx, there is the swimming pool - at the end we did not take advantage of it. Salty and sweet choice for breakfast, but more or less always the same things.

Cleaning is not the best, on our arrival some dirty towels were forgetten in the room. Bed sheets are changed daily, however 1 day it was ripped, the other stained. Only during the last days the room was cleaned well.

Perfect budget accommodation, great facilities with a pool and gym on site, the restaurant was lovely with nice food and very reasonable prices, only open until 3pm though, would be nice to be able to get dinner too. Room was immaculate with good AC, big rooms too, with fridge available. They provide water every day and fresh towels when needed. Very happy with this stay. Location is very good but not great, close to the main square but still a bit of a walk. Felt very safe in the hotel, shoutout to the night guard who was very friendly and loved his job.

Not much! Restaurant to open later maybe and location a bit far to walk but nothing we can do about that and wouldn’t put me off staying again as it’s a short walk in and very cheap to get a bolt or grab into town

Nice swimmingpool area and very clean hotel

Seams like the staff hates its job. The recepcionist didn't explain anything we even had to ask where we can find our room. On the day of the check out we asked her for a taxi and she was totally unhappy to organize us one. She asked several times if we 'really' need it. Also if you like to sleep during the night this is not your hotel. The hotel staff is really loud and they screamed and laught until 2 am every day and started again at 7 am. The first time we were scared because we thought something happened and asked them what was going on. After we realized nothing had happened but they continued we ask to stop but nothing happened. We would never come back to a place like that which is a pitty because the facilities where nice.

I booked the Hotel mainly because of the location; it's in a quiet street, yet not far away from places you need to go; As a cyclist I'm always looking for places that are close to places that I frequently go with my bike - in the case of Chiang Mai this is Doi Pui, the Mountain that is west of the City; there is a nice and challenging road going up the mountain

Bed was a bit hard - however they are generally very hard in Thailand; seems that the Thai People prefer hard beds ;-)

Friendly staff and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They will help you with anything at all. The pool is not crowded and the hotel has a peaceful feeling.

I think there should be shower mats in the shower area to stop slips and falls. Also check out time is 12 midday. And the receptionist called me at 12.02 to remind me of the vacating time. I felt a bit 'pushed'! I was ready to leave anyway. But don't go two minutes over!

The room is very spacious, the shower has a curtain (but need to fix the shelf, it cannot hold anything). AC, fridge, kettle, WiFi worked well. Cleaning was every day, new water bottles every day, and a water cooler is available downstairs. There are a lot of restaurants around.

The location is good, but it's a little far considering that the old town is pretty big. Anyway, it is a good area. Would be nice to have an umbrella at the pool for some shadow.
