Really spacious room, quite clean, shower and bath, kettle and always-on good size fridge. Secure and not too far from town. Good price for what you get. 2 bottles of water each day and coffee sachets/soap every other day. Good air con, wide views of mountains. Light and socket by bed. Nice place, enjoyed my stay. 7-11 and coffee shop 5 mins away.

Hot Water was only luke warm, could hear next door talking late one evening (not sure if they had balcony door open though), bed was rock solid. None of it was the end of the world though, especially considering the price- I'd stay there again.

We liked that the property was always kept clean and that there was a choice to have the accommodation cleaned or not. We liked that there was laundry washing facilities available, and at a reasonable cost. We liked that the ensuite had both a bath and a shower to choose between. We liked that there was a private sunning area and pool on the rooftop. And we liked that there was a lift.

The breakfast was just a choice between Thai or American style. There wasn't an actual dining area, or restaurant to dine at, which meant having to go out each night to have a meal somewhere, which also meant having to get a taxi to take you where you wanted to go. And there wasn't a bar to enjoy a drink or two either. We assumed that the 'central' in the name of the property, meant that it was close to ChiangMai itself, but it was just too far away to walk there. As for our expectations of the property as a whole, whilst it was suitable for what we were looking for, it didn't fully meet all our needs.

The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever experienced! I wanted to take a break from backpacking hostels and this place was fantastic! The rooftop pool was really nice, cool view! There was a bath! I really enjoyed my stay here!

It was kinda far out of town, but that was ok as I just got Grab there and back.

I was living in Thailand for 6 months with some friends. We needed a place to stay after our lease ended. This place was great. Good price and all the amenities you need.

The location probably isn't ideal if you're a tourist looking to see the sites of Chiang Mai. It's probably 15 minutes from the center on a scooter. If you're a tourist, I think it's worth to spend a bit more to be closer to the center but all depends on what you want to do in Chiang Mai

Highly reasonable stay. It is little away from the city center, but good for tourists who are just looking to just stay the night. The stay and the staff are very helpful and good. Rooms & the bathroom are well maintained and clean. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Such good value for your money, gym rooftop pool and massive room. Room was clean spacious and staff helpful. Let us check in early when our bus was early. Laundry was very useful

Super huge apartment, price value excellent. Stable internet and 10 meters from the roof pool.

For the price it was more then expected compared with B2 or similar business style hotels.

location was just off the highway, close to the festival central. Check in and check out was very quick and easy

tv did not work. 500 baht deposit for key card. and far away from China town/markets.

It's a small thing but no bedside table and no plug near the bed .. but a good place .
