Let the hotel know I would be coming in around 4:30am and security was able to check me in even though the front desk was closed. That was great! Close to Central Festival Mall and some local eateries. Cleaning staff would wait till I left to clean my room.

It’s new and clean. Bed is big and aircon is new too. Next to a big mall and very convenient.Love this place so much. All facilities for a comfy stay. Shower is good and hot. Tap is cold water. Well furnished and a pleasant surprise of a very good stay for a 3 star hotel.
Some ants in the toilet when I leave my coffee cup overnight. Pillow too flat for me.

Great location beside Central Festival Mall . Proper desk with good lighting , good-sized fridge, all needed basic amenities are provided. Room is very well lit.
Shower cubicle has no door, making the floor all wet.

location is fabulous, everything is perfect, from the bed, the hot shower, the towel, even the tissue, all is the best among our whole trip covers 4 hotels at least in Chiang Mai, highly recommend!
The only pity is they don't provide breakfast, but it's fine coz you can grab anyhow.

Great location for catching green bus. Adjacent to upscale mall with large food court. New, modern hotel where everything works correctly. Good bed and truly hot water.
If you are here to explore the city, this is too far out of town.

Really convenient location for Chiang Mai bus station. Very comfortable hotel, very clean and a great location for commuting. Also very near the Festival mall in Chiang Mai (like a 2 min walk) so easy to find food in the evening. Staff were very helpful and even collected a package for me.

Stayed here as was catching the bus the next day, ideal stay! - 2 minute walk to the central mall + close to the bus terminal - super clean + cosy - well equipped - helpful staff - good shower
