The rooms are grand, lush and very clean. It is exactly as shown on pictures. Staff at front desk is super friendly and helpful.

It is a bit further out the centre, so you need to take a taxi to get there or walk for 50 minutes. There are only a few restaurants close by. The food and coffee in the restaurant of the hotel is good, but I was not impressed by the staff. Couple of times they handed me the bill without me asking for it because they were going to clear up or finish their shift while I was still having my drink. The pool on 3rd floor looks nice, but the water in the pool is very cold. The sun is only there in the afternoon when it is very hot.

As soon as we walked in the door we went "wow", the decor and layout is really nice. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel like royalty! We were given classes of butterfly pea juice as a welcome, and a fruit platter delivered to our room with a note to sleep well. Our rooms were on the 6th floor, great view, lovely big rooms with a window seat. Really clean. The air conditioning works well, and cools the room quickly. Blackout curtains keep the heat and light from the sun out. The outdoor pool on the third floor is awesome, the kids loved it. Very relaxing sitting by the pool. Its not heated but very refreshing on a hot day. Would 100% stay here again as our first choice, and highly recommend it. There's a 7 Eleven about 5 minutes walk down the road. The hotel has its own parking area, that is monitored by parking attendants at both the entry and exit.

Nothing really, it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The beds were a tad firm, but we slept well. The water pressure is lower than we're used to, and there's no hand held shower (just a rain shower), but again, we washed ourselves no problem.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The bed was big and comfortable.

The honeymoon room didn't have a shower and only a tub. The location was not close to the main attractions. The pool didn't see much sunlight.

super clean, lovely staff, beautiful hotel and the most comfortable beds! also housekeeping are always so friendly and are wonderful at their job.

only thing I would say is that it would be good to have some bins available for trash possibly next to the elevators? or on the ground floor

Excellent place in Chiang Mai for a reasonable price; it is quiet but not far away from downtown

I had to pay extra for early check in and late check out, no discounts

Everything was up and top notch. Staff beyond helpful and kind.

Distance from old city a little bit too far but still not that bad. Semi long walk, or micro short motorbike ride or 100baht ride.

The hotel is great, so clean. Rooms are big and so are the bed. The interior so so amazing also!

The good could have been better, had the American brunch but wasn’t great. Would LOVE to have had something loc. Maybe add a few things on the menu like pad thai or more curry’s

Comfortable hotel and good dealing with reciption staff. I recommend others to visit the hotel and I hope to it try again to stay at this hotel
