Beautiful hotel, great location to the east of the old city. Nice facilities, lovely and clean, modern and with easy access to the train station. Bars and clubs a nice walk or short taxi drive away. Lovely little restaurant opposite where you can get a nice breakfast or meal with beautiful pastries.

But picky really but when we stayed the pool area was quite shaded and the water was quite cool. Lovely area to sit around though and very comfortable and relaxing.

This accommodation has a great price-to-quality ratio and is truly beautiful. Lovely room, modern fitness facilities, and a truly beautiful pool. We have been here for the second time, and I can really recommend it.

However, there are two things I must unfortunately criticize. The hotel has extremely expensive laundry services. And when I say extremely, I'm not exaggerating. It's approximately 7 times more expensive than what we experienced in other hotels in Chiang Mai. Additionally, the chairs in the room are quite uncomfortable, and if you request a second one, they provide an even less comfortable plastic chair. So, if you need to work during your stay, it may not be suitable for you

We stayed in several hotels during our Thailand trip and Ana Park was the best so far. The rooms were clean and well-organized. The decor was amazing as well. The staff were friendly and quite helpful.

Amazing location, staff and breakfast !

The property is clean, smells good throughout our stay. The pool is amazing and so are the staff. Only downside is there's no restaurant at the hotel, but you can order food online if you just want to stay in. We even extended one night just to chill at the pool and relax.

It's a bit far from the old town but the quiet, relaxing vibe made up for it. If I can add a suggestion, the room needs hooks for hanging wet towels, clothes etc.

Nice pool and newer looking place!

The beds were super hard (but very normal for Thailand) but for an additional ฿200, you could get a bed topper, didn’t make a huge difference, but better than nothing. Also, the sliding closet door was a bit low quality I would say… we opened it, and it literally fell off the hinges and almost landed on us, and it had a TV attached to it!!! A bit sketchy but it’s fine lol.

My stay was incredibly pleasant. The staffs were friendly and respectful and the check in and check out was very smooth. The location was good enough-near to ATM, laundry and coffee shops. 15mun away from night market and the Maya Mall. Worth for every penny I paid! Thank you Ana Park!! To made me feel safe and great during my solo Trip❤️

Everything was really good till I couldn’t think of what could have been better

Shuttle service was great. Room was lovely. Location is close to the bus station.

Gym needs more equipment. English channels needed on the TV. Location is far from restaurants and Chiang Mai hub

Aircon was great. Beds and linen were wonderful. Staff were very helpful. Room very spacious, modern and clean

No streaming apps on TV so couldn’t watch TV. Location is far from everything. No knife in suite to cut fruit.

Nearly everything was perfect, staff couldn't have been more friendly, room was beautiful and spacious and location good. WiFi good too.

2 things pool was really cold, although lovely surrounding area (wasn't in the sun but that's OK) and I specially booked this hotel for the bath and the water wasn't hot enough so had to use the kettle to make it warmer. A shame but only a minor fault.
