New(ish) building. Large furnished units, very positive vibe at first glance. King bed, huge TV, good size fridge, etc. etc. Apartment is nearly two miles (2.6 Km) east of the river Ping, residential area, some distance from the popular tourist sites. Works for me. Overall, I could stay here longer.

No elevator, narrow stairs. Shower is just a gentle summer rain. Everyone very polite and helpful but language is a challenge. Occasionally noisy. Price could be lower as you need transport to get anywhere.

The Flat is spacious and bright,bed and pillows was really comfortable, located in quite area, there's cafes around, in the morning there's few tasty food stalls just next to the building

Kitchen - there's is electric stove but there's no kitchen utensils, in previous reviews someone complained about it, but owner doesn't care about it,you couldn't do nothing in the kitchens forget about cooking,is the only reason I didn't stay there longer

Huge apartment in a walking distance to the hypermarket. There's a café downstairs with good setup for relax or working. While the room will require uplifting for the available space and location Vs the price - you get a great value.

The aircon was old and getting a constant noise. Still, compared with others was tolerable.

Above a cafe. Very quiet and spacious. Daily cleaning and just overall a great value for the price. I liked the location, there is a big mall and small shops for breakfast and of course the cafe which is just ok.

Was just nice, maybe taking 500 Baht as security doesnt make sense. I have done it nowhere else.

Very good value for money! Spacious & clean apartment with complete & modern amenities, with daily refreshments of water & toilet paper, and very responsive staff. 7-11 and other yummy food stalls are just outside the apartment for convenience. Best bang for buck stay in Chiang Mai.

A bit too far from the center but can easily book Bolt or Grab.

A big room, nice and quiet during night. There are 7-11, many shops and restaurants nearby and able to walk to Big C supermarket shortly.

Some dust on a coffee cup. Found a cockroach in the room on the 2nd floor.
