I made a mistake, was supposed to book Moose at Nimmans, but I booked Moose at Chiang Mai instead. Was a good mistake, cos Moose chiang mai is about 40% cheaper. It is also a quieter location; Grab is very affordable, fast, and safe. It only cost 100 baht to most places, like the old city and Nimmans. I think I got a good deal. The staff is helpful. I arrived into the hotel at 9 a.m.; officially, i can only check in at 2pm, they rush clean up a room for me by 11 a.m.. I appreciate that kind gesture.

Actually nothing I did not like, just a feedback that there should be charging points in the cafe and also lobby. I took my work to the cafe to. do my staff. There are a lot of digital nomads these days; charging points are really important. Even an extension plug wuld have help.

We appreciated the complimentary water, tea and coffee in the lobby. The restaurant served amazing food for the two times we ate there. See the photos. Despite us not expecting our towels to be washed everyday they were, and the beds were made daily. The staff were always friendly in the lobby when entering and exiting the hotel.

The pool was not what was expected. We did not enjoy the pool during our stay due to the pool not having day beds available and being so exposed to the public/restaurant.

Outstanding staff service, I gorgot mangoes and washing face they remind and bring me down shortly, they serve very kind service witb smile and friendly, hotel provided free water some soft drink in bottle with Coffee matchine and snack candy bar at Lobby tgat mean hotel is quite generouse a lots, I stay 5 star hotel in Bkk even pay muvh more exoensive than this very much they might not give this good service and king like this, Ilove this hotel and ofcourse will vome back again for sure, Apaporn Sakwong [ Elle ]

The facility was extra clean. The staff were great and very helpful. The snack area and drinks were amazing. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine was great. We 1000% recommend staying here and will absolutely stay here when we return to Chiang Mai. Thank you Moose Hotel we miss you already.

The bed was to hard

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They also offer free transportation to the Central Festival Mall, which is close to the hotel. They also have free snacks and water in the lobby. The rooms are very clean and our overall experience was wonderful.

The only thing I truly disliked was the breakfast. The items served were very limited and almost everything contained pork. Getting tourists from all over the world, they should consider the fact that not all religions and cultures allow eating pork.

Very clean. hotel seems recent.staff was helpfull and the inclued brunch was great. even the restaurant in the evening was good.

maybe just the location. would have been nice to be in a spot where its easier to walk around.

Well, the standard set: staff, location and no limit coffee with cookies at the lobby. A very cozy hotel with every possible nice comment that I can leave. BTW the staff let us do the early check in without any extra payment. Very lovely. Thank you

Everything was perfect

Spacious rooms with all day snacks and drinks available at the lobby. Pool is not big but good enough for kids. 7 Eleven just outside the hotel. Good variety for breakfast. Self-service washing machine available in hotel (THB 50 per load)

Nothing. Nearest shopping center 1km away but hotel offers free one way tuk tuk to locations within 2km (at point of stay)

Really liked how friendly the staff was, the snacks in the coffee area was a nice touch and the property was clean. We also enjoyed seeing the goats every morning on our way to breakfast.

Didn’t like the beds. We found the beds on the hard side. The pool also faces towards the highway so it’s a bit noisy.

Comfortable lounge area at lobby. Spacious rooms and corridors. Service staff are professional and speak both English and Mandarin well.

There is no shelter between Breakfast area and lobby area. Floor a bit slippery just outside breakfast cafe.
