Customer service was beyond excellent. I originally thought I had to check out early, made a mistake and realized after I checked out nearly a day early that I was wrong, and came right back to the hotel and they were able to clean up my room and give it right back to me! When I did actually finally leave, I didn't leave until evening time. After checking out they stored my bags and even offered me a chance to shower on site before I left. Made sure I could order food and get early breakfast when I was doing activities that conflicted with scheduled meal hours. Everyone I spoke with was beyond friendly and super helpful! I also loved the area. I prefer quiet at my hotel stay. While the hotel isn't right in the old town area, I liked that because it was quiet and peaceful, but also close enough to get there very quickly. They even had a shuttle to take you to major locations.

Looking at how my balcony was set up, I think one thing that would be beneficial would be the installation of some kind of net awning to close in the balcony to protect it from the mosquitos. I would have loved to hang out on the balcony, but the mosquitos were out in full force!

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel located on the shore of the Peng River. Our room itself was spectacular and had its own pool right outside. While breakfasts were good, the dinner that we had our first night was truly outstanding--so guests should be sure to have at least one lunch or dinner in the hotel's Oxygen Restaurant when staying here.

The only negative is that the hotel isn't located in the best part of Chiang Mai. However, it is easy and cheap to get to other parts of the city by using the Bolt and Grab apps, which have made a huge difference in the tourist experience in Chiang Mai.

Staff were amazingly polite and always happy to help., this includes reception, housekeeping, food and beverage staff and the car park valet. The restaurant breakfast is the best I have ever experienced. The room was big and clean and well maintained, with a lovely turn down treat every night. Dinner was lovely and worth the cost. Close enough to get around by Grab, but not central, so more quieter and peaceful. Easy to get Grab to anywhere.

But a real complaint, but we prefer a harder mattress Nd these were a bit too soft for us, so affects how you sleep, but this is a personal preference.

We booked this as a bit of a last minute treat on our honeymoon in our last day in Chiang Mai. The staff were amazing and so friendly, even though we'd booked short notice they still prepared a Honeymoon surprise for us. The grounds were beautiful, the room and especially the bathroom was luxurious and we very much enjoyed having cocktails by the rooftop pool. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was a fantastic tasting menu and ate breakfast in the morning outside in the gardens. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and it was a great to end our visit to Chiang Mai.

Loved the location, was easy to get taxis in and out of the old town from here but was nice as we were able to then come out of the busy-ness of the city and relax at the hotel where it was lovely and peaceful. The breakfast was really lovely and so nice to sit watching the river every morning. The staff were really lovely and friendly also which made the stay even more enjoyable! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it was especially nice to lounge by the rooftop pool in the evenings.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the prices at the hotel for drinks and food were very expensive compared to everywhere else in Chiang Mai but other than this we loved everything.

We had problem in room: floor got wet from air con (front office said), pls see photo attached, and they could not fix it during our stay so we need to walk very carefully. They did not offer us to change room.

This place is truly an oasis of calm. Calm professionalism, politeness, thoughtfulness and care. Julian and his staff excelled at all times, including through the famous earthquake. I wasn't too keen to be on an upper floor in case of aftershocks and he kindly found me something at ground level. I travel a lot. This was a really nice version of 5-star. Formal but not stiff. Attentive but not intrusive. I will be back.

My partner and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here. We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.

Amazing design hotel. Love it from the inner courtyard to the rooftop pool and the garden in front of Oxygen Room restaurant facing the river. Great selection for breakfast, mainly a-la-carte. Very good size for room, bathroom and private balcony. A special thanks to Nia at Front Desk who helped me to arrange various things during my stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special – from thoughtful touches in the room to personalized service throughout. The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!
