We had a lovely big room. super clean and comfy big bed. It was close to the river and the old town so easy to get around. The staff were amazing - they looked after us so well even sorting and paying for a top up for my husbands mobile phone and then we transfered her the money. i dont know her name but she went above and beyond what was expected of her.

It was shame that they werent serving any coffee or drinks at the little bar. I think the machine was broken. our room was on the street so a bit noisy at times.

Great spot as alone with the Ping River. Unique Thai decoration for not only the large rooms but also garden and pool. Comfortable beds and fantastic balcony facing Ping River or inside little pond. Yummy breakfast with lots choices in a fabulous open cabin alone the river side, can never forget when sun raise from the horizon, the view with golden sunlight, river, green river bank, boats, local kids and dogs cross the river, trees, birds tweeting and a cup of hot black coffee. Jesus, man!

The staff are very friendly and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was kept spotlessly clean. The location was great, close to the Ping River, where there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops. It's walking distance to the Municipal and Warorot markets and a short bike ride to the old city. I will definitely stay here again when next visiting Chiang Mai.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like about this delightful little place.

A 180 baht fixed rate taxi ride from CNX, it lives up to its name "rustic, river, boutique." An all-wood structure wt quaint decor, it lies on the road going to the river bridge, and has only 12 rooms over three upper floors. Doesn't have dining facilities but ready wt a map of dining establishments nearby. The Warorot Market is 5 minutes walk away. The old town's restaurants and bars are farther, a 20-minute walk.

Shoes off from the stairs upwards, a tradition practiced in the country. Slippers are provided for the ensuite, .

Very good location and very friendly staff

Our room had some humidity. It is a relative old building and we were on the very first floor. We asked to change room but there were none available and the staff offered us a full refund if we decided to leave. The girls were very helpful and friendly all the time. We decided to stay and had a great time. The hotel is very close from everything. We recommend the place.

It was very accessible, and the whole place is exquisitely clean. A very cozy place to stay.

The staff was immediately welcoming, the girls at the reception are sweet, kind and ready to help you with useful information. The room was absolutely perfect, clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with all the essentials. Also the location is perfect, close to everting but far enough for have silent during the night time. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it.

The rooms are cozy. The hotel has a warm and homely atmosphere. With the cafe downstairs, it is convenient for those coffee lovers too. The people at the hotel are friendly and really helpful.

The location is i think, abit far from the tourist attractions. Would be also great if the cafe can offer light foods or snacks.

Bit of noise from the road as windows only thin but didn't keep us awake

Comfortable small hotel with great staff. Aum and Yo were very kind and helpful. 15 minute walk to main shopping & restaurant areas. Beds very comfortable, large room no. 8. Good laundry service. Good aircon in room. Great place to stay, good value for money.

No shelf in bathroom to put toiletries. Internet very slow.
