It's a small but very clean and well managed hotel. I really like the room facilities, lots of charging options, very unique bathroom amenities even the free water bottle they provide are the premium ones. The view from my room is breathtaking. We really like the plants they have lots of plants and the swimming pool. All the staff are friendly and always smile back. Lots of brochures for different activities are available in the lobby. Very close to the convenience store.

Only thing I don't like is the coffee shop in the lobby which was closed for maybe a long time. If it's there then I would say it's 100 out of 100. I don't like the early check in or late check out cost it's a bit high.

Nearly Everything was wonderful about the hotel, the lady who worked in daytime was so lovely and good command of English and we were grateful we could use the pool after checkout while waiting for train. Great pool, good temperature and clean. Lovely garden, Room beautiful clean and spacious. Nice view over city as we were on top floor. Comfy bed.

The only negative was we booked room for a couple and child, bed was totally big enough for us 3 but the night receptionist refused to give us an extra pillow, so we had only 2 clean pillows for three heads. Don’t understand why this was an issue for her to give us one more.

The hotel was really great for the price! It cost me only a few shekels per night, which was an amazing deal. There’s even a pool – while it’s nothing fancy, it’s definitely a nice bonus considering how affordable the stay was. The rooms were decent and had everything I needed: working air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, and hot water in the shower. Honestly, for this price, what more could you ask for? Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money!

The property was in a great location close walk to all night markets and shops. It had great aircon which was definitely needed! The staff were so kind and very attentive. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

It was quite noisey but it was bearable. If you are a light sleeper this would definitely be a problem. The water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. However for the price of the hotel you can’t go wrong. If you want 5 star pay for 5 star.

Nice location, outside of the main streets, 10 minutes walk there. Very close to China Town, it's an area I recommend. The pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The room was clean.

Trouble paying by card. I had card in Thai Baht and I was informed by the staff that payments from foreigners must be done in EUR (or USD, I don't remember exactly). So this is kinda bad that I have pay for whatever fee their provider wants, without actually know it, and to pay for currency conversion, three times. (CZK -> THB -> EUR -> THB). I ended up going to the ATM and paid cash.

The rooms were nice. Pool Was great as it got really hot Staff were very friendly

The mattress could do with replacing. The edges of the mattress you could feel the metal springs frame and it was poking through the mattress. Still got a good nights sleeps, just had to be careful when you sat on the side of the bed not to catch yourself on the side of the bed.

Situated just outside the old city, this hotel is a real gem. Great service, lovely rooms and a nice breakfast too. The room was quite a size with a small balcony and en-suite, the bed was comfy and there was seating outside overlooking the pool. Really nice place, definitely stay here again.

Nothing could have been better for me.

The room was large and was cleaned every day. Water was always left, and staff were kind and accommodating where possible.

The water pressure in the room was very weak.

The pool was lovely although there was some electricity sparks in the pool as the trees tangle round the wires! Location was good

Rooms were old needed work. Lots of mould in the bathroom.

Nice pool, nice rooms , quieter area away from main markets and nightlife but just a 10 min walk away. We booked 2 nights but this was not long enough to explore the area so we booked a further 3 nights which was ample .

We did see a rat by the pool but they are everywhere in Chiang Mai !!
