This hotel is a true gem od Chiang Mai! We stayed here for 4 nights, with 2 children. The location is perfect! A few steps from the city centre, the amazing night markets and all the important landmarks, but quiet and chill, with a great swimming pool. The room was wonderful! Big, with two bathrooms, two spacious beds, a cute balcony and a view of the old chedi. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfasts are to die for! We also booked some tours with the hotel and always had a great time! Chedi home is truly a perfect family stay! We would stay here again without a doubt.

we needed uk staying here twice- before and after we visited Pai. we found it really relaxing and comfortable. it’s so close to the old city and other areas of Chiang Mai. It’s nice and peaceful. it was lovely to have a pool to cool down in during the day. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

the rooms were a little dirty- markings on the walls and some dirt in the floor- but it really wasn’t a big deal to us at all

Amazing stay! Comfortable beds, everything clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. Beautiful cat (Charcoal!!). Will come back! They let me check in earlier which was appreciated. They are flexible, understanding and it feels like home!

The wifi didn’t work at my room, maybe because I was on the third floor. But it wasn’t an issue because I have my phone data. Not a complain but something to keep in mind: they give us free water bottles (small ones). Which means a huge amount of plastic is used up. I asked the cleaner to put them all together for recycling and she threw them to the normal bin so I doubt they are recycled… maybe for the future a bit bottle dispenser would be more eco friendly :D

Where do I begin? The Chedi Home was our Chiang Mai base, with a perfect location to access the old city, shops, food or just chilling in the local area. The staff were so friendly and helpful, organising our Golden Triangle trip at a discount as well. They even sorted breakfast early to allow us to eat prior to setting off. Little things like free bottled water when you want it, nice pool, very clean premises all help. I really don't think the staff sleep, they just keep doing things to make your trip easier. My kids say it was the best breakfast so far, two weeks in. Lovely food, presented like a top restaurant. Rooms were super, family room was huge. Honestly, I would definitely stay at the Chedi Home again. Shower was powerful, always a plus. Wonderful place, amazing staff and a breakfast to die for.

Everything was spot on.

To be honest, we loved everything, except for the rubbish WiFi. The staff, like Noona, take really great care of you, always with a smile, and rush to solve everything for you. The location is brilliant, close to the old town, good food and cafe options around, and very quiet at night (no bars or loud music to be heard). The aircon was powerful! We didn’t swim but the pool is nice and clean. The Chedi is amazing to look at. There’s free gated parking too if you ask. The bed was comfy, shower was hot, room was dark. Perfect The absolute best thing is the free breakfast. I’ve stayed in some 5 star places in my time but nowhere has surprised me with such a good breakfast as here. Most hotels try and give you the cheapest breakfast possible to improve their margins but Chedi Home know that the stomach is the way to the heart, so they feed you well before you head out exploring this majestic city.

The WiFi was so weak and slow.

Lovely, tranquil atmosphere with very welcoming staff. Little pool great for cooling off in. Comfy room with plenty of space, invaluable fridge which stays on when you leave the room, and effective air con. Endless cold bottles of water. Friendly cats!!! Breakfast felt luxurious, great drink selection, fresh fruit, and made to order. The location was great, the surrounding area was quiet and it was a short walk either to the old town one way and Chinatown with plenty more local markets the other way. There's everything you need within a few minutes walk. The beds are a little firm which seems to be the norm in this part of the world. I like this as I feel they are more supportive and cooler.

The breakfast could have more savoury options and a little more protein other than that I couldn't fault the hotel!

The location is very convenient near the city centre. Staff was helpful in organizing exursions and drivers, although communication is a bit basic sometimes, but they did their best to help. The beds were big and comfortable.

There was low pressure sometimes or no water, and the hot water did not work properly. It might have been something puntual, but we felt it two different days. They have some rules we did not read on booking, including fines if you pee in the bed or if the bedsheets get dirty (blood,...). We were travelling with kids and were concerned about it, but luckily nothing happened.

Everything was well maintained and the price was very reasonable for what it offers. It's also conveniently located near the city center, which made it easy to get around. The breakfasts were amazing, the pool was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. They even assist with booking tours and offer discounts if you book directly through the hotel. The laundry service was also very good and fast. Overall, we are really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Very friendly staff. Delicious and large breakfast. Rooms were clean and there is even a curtain to divide the double rooms (Important for families). Free water bottles were very convenient. The pool is not large, but great for kids and socialising. 4 min walk to old city and 10 min from Chinatown (a real must!) We stayed for one night and had a night train to catch the next evening. Even after checkout they let us store our luggage and use the pool and shower till we had to leave. A real life saver so we could freshen up before we left for our train.

The place was very nice, clean, and the staff were quite friendly! The room was big and clean. Location is also great, as it is very close to the city center and a main road, making it easier for you to get there in a few minutes without getting the noise/hustle from the city center. The breakfast is delicious, I tried two different options, and would recommend anyone to take the banana pancakes as they are worth trying! I particularly liked the free water bottles available near the reception. Overall, this was a great value for money hotel.

The swimming pool is quite small, and was always full whenever I checked if I could go. Be aware that the breakfast is "à la carte," meaning you can only get one dish and one drink per person. Anything else will cost you extra and is quite pricy compared to local restaurants in Chiang Mai. Also, it would be nice to have dinner options at the hotel.
