what a great hotel the service is outstanding very clean and its quiet sleeping at nights no road noise.the breakfast is perfect .the hotel is a great value.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We had asked for the room to be made romantic and they laid out a spread of roses and beautiful decor on the bed for us. It was like something out of a movie! The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order every morning, along with a buffet of fruit, cereal, pastries and coffee/tea/juice. The room was very spacious and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Did a great job. The location of the hotel was really good as well. We could easily walk into the central part of Chiang Mai!

The hotel is very clean. The staff is amazing, from the housekeeping lady to the lady at the breakfast. I will never forget the manager who even brought some of my stuff to the hospital when I suddenly had to stay there for a few nights. The room/hotel was clean, spacious and location was a bot outside the main center but only a short walk. Close to nice coffee places and restaurants. Breakfast had a lot of options. Every day new towels, shampoo/shower gel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I loved the location. Tucked back on a quiet street, easy, quick walk to old Quarter, night market, etc. The staff is beautiful and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I forget my do not disturb sign on my door a lot, and housekeeping always left a bag full or replenishments. I liked it so much I booked another 2 nights.

The first thing that I decided to choose this hotel was because it was a new hotel. In the middle of the city close to a place that is considered the top check-in point in Chiang Mai. From the hotel you can travel in many convenient routes. The hotel staff are lovely, helped and advised me very well. The room was clean and the amenities in the room were very complete. And most importantly, there was Netflix in the room for me to watch. The breakfast was delicious. There are many styles to choose from. If I come to Chiang Mai, this hotel will be the hotel I will decide to stay at.

Accessible to all activities. The front desk made arrangement for tours, and you were picked up and dropped off at the hotel. It was clean and the staff very helpful and pleasant

Happy to say nothing

This is a brand new hotel and is fantastic! The room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and house keeping topped the room up with water every day. The location is perfect as it’s just a minute walk outside the old town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A great plus was breakfast was included and as part of breakfast you could order hot food made to order!

Nothing we loved it

Friendly staff, superb free breakfast, fantastic double room with large comfy bed, huge smart TV and plenty of toiletries with big towels. Gym looked great, everywhere super clean and we liked the massage chairs out front! Amazing stay and great location between the night bazaar and the old town.

The balcony was only big enough for one person to stand up in but even so it was easy to hang out clothes there to dry.

The staff is very polite, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast have good choices. I will come back here for sure next time in Chiang Mai
