We only had a one night stay here before flying to Phuket. It was located right in the heart of Chiang Mai with a deceivingly small facade hiding the hotel behind. Our room was small but ample, clean and modern with a great shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was a la carte.

The hotel was ample for our overnight stay. No complaints except for the TV channel options were limited with no english speaking channels available or streaming services.

I loved my stay here. The staff were wonderful and very helpful! There was parking although limited but very helpful for us to rent a car for a day. The breakfast was great and as long as the kitchen had noticed they could pack you a breakfast box if you were going to be away. Staff were very happy to serve you breakfast even if you arrived at the very end of breakfast time which is a great effort from them! The hotel was a real oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai. House keeping were also great at coming to sort your room whilst you were at breakfast which was a nice touch!

We had a room with plunge pool but there were so many mosquitos outside which made it tricky. We stayed for almost a week and found the room wasn't equipped with enough storage spaces for travellers that wanted to unpack fully. We also didn't receive the second breakfast menu until halfway through our stay which was a shame as initially we weren't impressed with the breakfast options but the second menu was much more to our taste.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at THEE Vijit Lanna. The beautiful Lanna-inspired design, spacious and stylish rooms, and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat in the heart of Chiang Mai. The location was perfect — close to temples, markets, and cafes, yet quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the pool and the warm, helpful staff who made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a romantic and authentic Chiang Mai experience.

One small area for improvement would be to encourage families to keep noise down at the pool, as it was sometimes a bit loud.

Beautiful hotel hidden on the main road on the east side of the city. Everything was clean, rooms were comfortable with excellent supplies. Pool was warm and welcoming, Food was delicious and fresh and the bar was a very cool space with an incredible cocktail menu (prices reflect the unique menu!) The hotel is also opposite what became our favourite restaurant - The House.

The hotel is on a busy road with no pavement to walk on as you step out - if you have small children be very careful as you literally step out from the hotel on to the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What stood out most was the central location, the spacious and beautifully designed room with a private plunge pool, and the overall attention to detail. The breakfast was of excellent quality. The service was outstanding – a small misunderstanding at the beginning was handled immediately and professionally. Special thanks to the entire team, especially the hotel manager and Ms. Matt at reception. We felt very safe and well cared for and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

There wasn’t much to complain about. However, we did find the access to both the private plunge pool and the main pool a bit inconvenient. Getting into the plunge pool from the terrace was quite difficult due to the lack of a proper entry aid. At the main pool, a ladder or easier way to get in would also have been appreciated. A small structural improvement could make a big difference here. That said, this did not take away from our overall very positive experience during the stay.

This hotel was an incredible stay. We booked it for my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, they even welcomed us with a bday dessert! The hotel room was clean and well taken care of, will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Chiang Mai. The pool was lovely and heated, the gym was small but just what you need. The cocktail bar was nice, a little bit expensive but the menu was very cool! Breakfast in the morning was different each day which made it fun, all the options we tried were amazing! The location was a great spot too, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Nothing bad to say about this hotel apart from definitely stay here! Thank you for making my birthday stay so special!

1) Exceptional service! - When the lift was full with all our luggages, I recalled the staff running 3 levels up and reaching the third level even faster than our lift, so that he could show us to our room - Their staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile when we passed by the reception to head out (even though we always had so many questions to ask) - We were heading back during Songkran period and they kindly advised us to set off earlier to the airport to avoid the jam - We had a pregnant lady in our group and we wanted to go for massage, so they tried their best to find and arrange for a massage place that offers prenatal massage for us - When one of our toilets was clogged, they immediately sent someone up within 15mins to service the toilet 2) Hotel was very well located and it was convenient to get around the old town. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and we booked the one with an outdoor bathtub. Hotel breakfast was not bad - we preferred the Asian breakfast to the western breakfast.

1) The parking space behind compound is limited and on first come first serve basis (but they got second parking space a short walk away so not to worry) 2) Our toilet got clogged up during our stay (called reception and they sent people to fix the toilet immediately)

We loved everything. The staff are what made it incredible though. They were all so welcoming and friendly, they would go above and beyond every day. The pool was lovely, the rooms were lovely, its great that you can cast to the TV (we have a toddler, so that was handy). Prices were reasonable. Great for traveling with a baby. They recommended us some great coffee shops, massage places and day trips. I can't fault this hotel.

Honestly, it's hard to find a fault. The only suggestion would be to add butter when cooking the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

The hotel has great amenities. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The room was good, clean, and the shower was perfect. Excellent service, especially Bell from breakfast, who was always very attentive.

The only downside was breakfast. They provide a menu with just a few options, which repeat every two days. If you have food intolerances or allergies, the choices are quite limited. Additionally, if you stay for a long time, you might get tired of the food. I remember my husband and I ordering a fruit salad. Only mine came with pitaya. We asked the waiter to bring pitaya for my husband, and he said there was no more. However, sometime later, a couple who arrived after us received a fruit salad with pitaya.

Absolutely loved our stay at Thee Vijit Lanna. The location is unbeatable, and the ambience of the hotel is warm, stylish, and serene. We stayed in the Plunge Pool Suite - beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout. The shower was invigorating, the tub was a dream, and the private plunge pool made it feel like a true sanctuary. Loved the complimentary orange juice cart in the morning right next to the pool!

There wasn’t much to fault with the room, but the flooring was extremely slippery — not sure if it was the material itself or the cleaning products used. Also, the small step next to the tub leading out to the plunge pool was a bit of a hazard — I stubbed my toes on it more times than I’d like to admit!
