I stayed at this lovely hotel near Chiang Mai Old City and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the night market and historic sites. The facilities were well-maintained, with a clean and relaxing pool area that offered a peaceful break from the city. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a generous variety of fruits, vegetables, and local options. A truly welcoming place to stay.

A really nice place to stay. It's quietly but very handily located, thoughtfully designed in a modern but traditional style, spotlessly clean and very well run by friendly and efficient staff. The Queen room with balcony I stayed in was in the small separate annex which has it's own relaxing garden area with shady seats and water features where a comprehensive and tasty breakfast is served with both a help-yourself buffet and hot choices to order. For eating out in the evening, a few steps will take you conveniently to a footbridge bridge across the city moat and straight ahead along a busy lane with lots of laid-back choices before turning left down a charming pedestrian passage towards the night market around the livelier Lanna Square area. This is relaxing, good value for money accommodation that is both stylish and traditional and you might not want to leave. If I were to return to Chiang Mai (and I might well do) I'd re-book here in a heartbeat. If not, it's worth considering that the same people also run the Pao Come Boutique House just around the corner which is a traditional old teak house surrounding a simply beautiful, secluded courtyard. Top Tip: If you think the Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara Temple in the centre of Chiang Mai is spectacular during the day, go again after dark when it's floodlit. It's truly magical.

There is a clothes rack and hangers but no actual wardrobe or drawers which makes unpacking a bit awkward.

This place has everything you need and did not know you needed. Quiet, serene, tucked away but close to all the places you want to eat. The room made it feel like we are home. The kind of home you see on TV. Beds were firm and cozy. Shower was spacious clean and has hot water too. But the number one was the staff! Took us in after the hotel we booked before did not receive us. This hotel was kind enough to receive us last minute at 3am and for that I’ll will never forget how kind they are to me. I will return for a longer stay! The breakfast was amazing too in a relaxing setting I might add! Perfect to relax here as it’s next to a temple.

There is nothing to not like about this place. Whom ever designed it thought of everything!

We stayed here over New Year’s in December 2024, and we absolutely loved it! The location was amazing, close to everything we wanted to see in Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative, even before our arrival. When we messaged them in advance about arriving early, they responded promptly through Booking.com chat and let us know they’d be happy to store our bags and allow us to use the pool until our room was ready. The breakfast was great—not a huge selection, but it varied daily, which kept things interesting. They even made eggs to order, which we could enjoy with toast, fried rice, or noodles. The room itself was absolutely fabulous, with stunning views and a beautiful setup. We visit Chiang Mai often, and this will definitely be our go-to place every time we return.

As for the downsides, there were just a couple of minor points. The hotel has multiple Wi-Fi networks, which makes it confusing to know which one to connect to. The signal strength and connectivity also vary, and mobile devices often switch between networks, which can be frustrating. A mesh system with a single network would be a big improvement. Additionally, there’s no lift, which made carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs a bit of a challenge.

Great location. Close to walk to things within the Old City but down a quiet little street with very little traffic. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and appreciated their assistance with getting a taxi for the airport day of departure because this was difficult due to limited taxis due to major flooding in Chaing Mai. Beds were very comfortable, room clean and we loved the swimming pool and breakfast was everything it needed to be. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a relaxing stay. We’re feel at home,place is accessible to the old town where we found a market,restaurants,shops and temples. Staff are very kind and accommodating specially the guy who assisted us when we arrived until we checked out. The breakfast was great with a garden view. Our room is big enough for us couple and it’s clean. Certainly we will comeback soon.

Convenient location to Main Street, even though some taxis didn’t come down the small street to the property, it was easy and short distance to walk to main street . We loved the free washing machines and detergent use on the top floor. Cold water in the refrigerator, great breakfast, staff very friendly and accommodating to store our luggage until room was ready and use their outlets to charge phones.

The semi buffet breakfast is excellent. You can choose your main course and have sufficient choice of fruit, bread, cereal,drinks etc. Guests can take the breakfast indoor or outdoor in a small but beautiful garden. I love it!

The aircon in guest room is a bit slow. It takes almost half an hour to cool down the room. So you better turn on the aircon when you are leave the room for dinner. This can be done by asking for a 2nd key. The room will be cool enough when you are back from dinner. If the property owner can enhance the aircon system then this hotel will be perfect.

Very lovely accommodation, on a quiet street outside of the traffic area with a good size room and very lovely garden. Breakfast is good as well and is in their garden outside so you get to enjoy it in a nice setting. We really liked our stay, would definitely come back!

Pool is rather small and mostly in the shadows for a good part of the day. If you are booking for the pool maybe you want to find a different option but that wasn't a problem for us.
