The room was amazing! The style of it is very nice, it's clean, it's beautiful, the buthtub is amazing. The stuff is very nice and helpfull.

It's VERY noisy during the night. The hotel is located near very busy road, and during the night car racers like to race there. There is zero sound isolation it the room so it feels like sleeping outside noisewise. So even though the room is incredible, it's almost impossible to sleep there. I know for some people noise is not a problem, but for those who struggle sleeping, consider choosing smth further away from the busiest road in ChiangMai.

Stay was perfect and the second best stay I've had whilst travelling throughout thailand. The hotel was lovely: fresh looking and smelling. Bath in room was genius and also fantastic : evenings looking out into the evening will not be the same without it! The staff were attentive, kind and lovely, location was perfect generally. lt was a little way from the gate and the main tourist thoroughfare for those who want but for me was just right. Everything you need is within easy walking distance though.

Navigating crossing roads nearby was a continual test of patience

The room isn’t spacious enough, but really clean and comfy. And the location is really good, it’s not in the crowd area, but you can get anything you need easily. Close to seven eleven and also laundry counter. And the best thing I got is they have really kind and humble and superrr good staff. I forgot to ask her name, but she was incharge at July 16th 2023 afternoon. But another staff girl was sooo nice as well. You have really good staff, give them compliment please. Haha.. thanks nidhra lanna, def will come back!!

In the future, you need to build an elevator. Lol.

such a beautiful room!! So clean, so modern with such attention to detail in the design. the tiles, curtains, mirror, walls, etc. everything was beautiful and i LOVED the bath tub. one of my favorite rooms I’ve ever stayed in. good hot water, very spacious room and bathroom area, nice A/C with daily water bottles. i felt like a queen in this room. it was very clean, housekeeping daily and overall just a really lovely experience. staff was very kind and helpful, quick to respond even late at night. location is good, just outside the old city with quick access to both parts of Chiang Mai.

only downsides are no elevator, and i was on the 4th floor 😅 but the staff helped me with my suitcase. it would be nice if there was more of a lobby/place to hang out in the hotel. it’s really just a check-in desk at the bottom of a staircase. the wi-fi was pretty on and off for me, despite each floor having its own router. it only worked if the staff reset the router, which they were always more than happy to do. it was a slight inconvenience but not that big of a deal and the staff was always really quick to fix it.

The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The room was clean and the beds are super comfortable. The tub in the room was a bonus that my children enjoyed. There was plenty of hot water and space. The area has a lot of restaurants within a very short walking distance. There is a self-serve laundry next door too!

There aren't enough plugs for the lamps and multiple phones or devices. There was a sewage smell that started coming from the toliet area on the 2nd or 3rd day.

Close to night life short walk to everything. 7/11 2 minute walk. Night market close for eating. Close to temples etc.

Water tap in sink moving not tighten down same with toilet seat easy things to fix they should. No in room safe to put your things.

A little bit street noise

Good location and nice decor. Loved the roll top bath in the suite. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast delivered to room and available 07.00-15.00

Some people may say that some of the wooden furnishings such as dressing table/ bathroom table are a little old or shabby. To me it just added to the room.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful! I the almost two weeks that I was there I stayed in 3 separate room and each one had its own special charm. The two female staff were amazing! Super helpful and friendly. I love that It was a short walk to so many cafes, restaurants, and the Sunday nights market.

No elevators, but I must’ve say the staff helped me carry my luggage and bag up to the room.
