Well located, accessibility.

There was a useless bathtub in the middle of the bedroom and there were useless platforms attached to either side of the bed. The room was badly designed, although quiet. The included breakfast was small in portion size, limited in variety. It would have been nice to, at least, to have a second included with the breakfast.

This was probably the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The staff is incredible - everyone is extremely friendly and always trying to help! The pool is small but kept clean and is in the sun, with a view of the temple just behind the wall. The rooms are spacious, well laid out and spotlessly clean. No issue with mosquitoes either. The location isn’t very central but close to Tha Phae gate and conveniently located on Mun Mueang road if you have a scooter.

The staff at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Big kudos to them. Staff is generally friendly in Thailand, but these folks went over the top to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room itself was smaller, but they use the space very cleverly and efficiently. I had everything I needed. I really enjoyed all the ledge and shelf space and the layout and design was interesting and appealing. The lamps hanging from the ceiling made for a cool lighting vibe.

I think there was a nest of mosquitoes, or some thing when I arrived in the bathroom. I kept killing them during my full week stay, and more and more kept coming to bite me. I don’t think I was letting them in from outside!

Great location and staff.

Overpriced for the area. I extended my stay and they made me change rooms or pay a premium because I got a free upgrade on booking.Com. Turns out the room they made me pack up and move to was just as nice as what I was in. I could see if that other room had been rented out but I didn’t see anyone come or go during my extension.

Lovely property! Comfortable bed, clean room, refreshing pool and a wonderful staff. The daily breakfast was yummy, loved the fresh fruit and yogurt and the omelettes were light and fluffy. They also have Thai food available for breakfast, loved the fried rice and the pad c u noodles :) The staff are so friendly and so very helpful, loved everyone!

The hotel staff were amazing and the team in the restaurant as a solo traveller they made the whole trip so much better. My room was the suite room it was fab I didnt use the bath but the shower was easily the best I've ever used in thailand.

Had to go home could of stayed so much longer.

The staff is great - very friendly and helpful. The pool is small, but a welcomed late afternoon break from the heat. The property is quiet, clean and a good location - can walk to most/all in town areas you would want to visit. Cafes and 7-11 and numerous restaurants near by. The breakfast is yummy and quick and available until 11am

For the price point - nothing.

Excellent location directly across from the central city Tapae Gate moat. Room was layed out a bit oddly and was on the pool. Breakfast - good options both western and Thai - staff provided extras.

Large tub in room took up unnecessary space

Very convenient, easy to go everywhere from there just by walking.

Breakfast has very limited options, needs more healthy options like yogurt, fruits, cereals.

The location is perfect to explore central Chiang Mai on foot. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms are super. Breakfast is lovely, with availability 7-11am which really helps. Nothing not to like! Highly recommend
