Easy to get to via bus station, train station and Airport. From Airport the hotel will organise a collection. From the others use BOLT or Grab App or hail a tuk-tuk ! Easy check-in, friendly staff. Pool, gym & Breakfast are on the 1st floor. Breakfast is 6.30-10am and has a good variety . Hotel is Located right on the East city wall so Walkable to everything! Reasonable size for 2 people, beds are hard , but some people like firm mattress. Mauy Thai stadium is 2 minutes down the road 600bht to watch. Also various places to train from approx 500 BHT for a class session. Walking around the old town temples ( free to enter). Lots of tour operator shops near Hotel. Nice Laundry in the lane behind Hotel 60bht per kilo. Nice traditional massage in same alley. Night markets , various bars. Everything is reasonably safe around the city. Everything is walkable, located on the old city wall, east side, so all the old city and the main night market are all walkable. Everything you could possibly want is within 5 minutes walk. The ground floor has a Burger King 24h if needed. McDonald's and Starbucks & pizza are 2 minutes away plus Thai and all other foods are everywhere. Or get Grab to deliver. Hotel restaurant is on the 1st floor, good breakfast served here.

Note-Only one lift. Pool is quite cold, on 1st floor. Doi-Suthup if you book a taxi via an App then none of the taxi drivers will honour the price ! They will argue with you that it is up hill ! They will try and get 500-1000 more than the App (Bolt/Grab etc), look for a shared truck as an option or get hotel to organise a price you like or visit as part of another day out/excursion. The temple itself is free to enter , the road up is dangerous (do not go on scooter) but very nice to visit. 👍🏼

For my purposes the location is excellent. The breakfast would be one of the best I have had in Thailand, the swimming pool is very nice and the rooms are better than normal for that price

Fantastic Central position on edge of Old Town with Main Gate across the road. Next to the huge Chiang Mai Sunday night market. Room had view of the old wall, lots of lighting and plugs, good hot water and shampoo refill, kettle, good bed, and transfer to airport 3 times a day which was great. Friendly helpful staff with good English at desk and restaurant. Pool and gym, but I didn't use them and nice buffet breakfast with enough variety. Outside the hotel Songthews can be hired for the day to visit the Mountain temples as an alternative to tours and were great value. Overall I will definitely stay here when back in Chiang Mai.

The front of the hotel is on a busy road and although rooms are double glazed motorbikes can be quite loud, still became quiet at night and the hotel offers earplugs if wanted. The rooms on the other side of the hotel are probably quieter if that's a worry. Not much toilet paper supplied but replaced when needed so not really an issue

The hotel was well located and near the action with markets and attractions nearby. The staff were welcoming and friendly, I have a disability and they were mindful of this ensuring my stay was comfortable. It was handy that a number of the tours I did also picked up from this hotel.

The floors were a little bit slippery so once I lost my footing a couple of times I walked more cautiously. Otherwise the room was perfect for my needs.

The spacious but minimalistic room (small wardrobe and I'd prefer to have some more furniture to keep my belongings, like more chairs/small table, etc.), good bathroom facilities, varied breakfast and super nice staff at the breakfast. The location is right near the Thapae gate, very very convenient though may be noisy. For the price they ask absolutely okay.

A bit noisy from the corridor from other guests and housekeeping in the morning. No balcony, no light at the pool area after dark. The pool was cold.

Every thing is very nice no thing special I am very satisfied specially the hotel rooms, swimming pool, facility and staff. I was walking around that old city and I would say the location is very good. could be the best among the other hotels.

The break is basic The break fast is not match with the other advantages. However, I would say that most of food outside is around like that The hotel just need to upgrade it by adding more variety and then every thing will be very good.

Great variety in breakfast, nice pool, room was clean with AC and enough towels. Location is great. They provide drinking water everyday. Despite minor cons I would stay here again without hesitation it was very pleasant stay. Beds were comfy, wifi was working.

There is no big light in rooms. You can see that hotel is older in interior design, however its not a problem for me but if you want something super modern this is more 90's vibe. Also cleaning ladies are cleaning your room everyday which can be a good thing but I dont think it was necessary for me to have clean sheets and new towels every single day, its also not very ekological/economical.

The Breakfast is probably the best yet We both eat until full so many choices Asian or English staff very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble Very well positioned in town walking street with special Sunday Market right there 25 Mtrs definitely do not miss a Sunday night with market

Nothing really Live Band similar to Oasis but noisy to try sleep but Very Good shame we were leaving hotel early next day next time we will have extra night lovely views from bedroom of old city will definitely look at old city more

The location because it was just seconds from Tha Phae Gate which is Chiang Mai's town square. The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes ensuring a perfect start to the day. The hotel offers free shuttle in 3 time slots.

The windows were locked apparently because sometimes they get students stays. There was a massive 5G antenna right on top of the ceiling room.

Great location, comfortable and clean room, plus a nice buffet breakfast included. We were picked up at the airport for 150 Baht, and they have three set departure times for a free shuttle back to the airport. I would have stayed there on my trip this month, except that the hotel is full on the day that I will be there.

Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy. The motorcycles and tuktuks seems to go all night. We switched rooms to the pool side and it was nice and quiet. If you are a light sleeper, definitely request a room on the pool side.
