The entire hotel is carefully designed and very beautiful. Location was nice! Receptionists are very polite and kind. The room is not big, but the facilities are complete and very good. The swimming pool is the most beautiful place. Mini bar is free! The breakfast was delicious. Although the receptionist said when we checked in that breakfast was included in the room price, we were asked to pay after finishing the meal, but it was acceptable. Room supplies can also be purchased. I bought a few sets to give to friends.

It would be better if the floor of the room was made of real wood. There was a strange sound that lasted for a long time in the morning and woke me up. I previously sent a message to the hotel to request a invoice, which was confirmed. But the site refused to provide it, which confused me.

It is such a beautiful hotel, located in the old town. We had the best time here. It was very clean, we loved the interior design and the breakfast was really good. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chiang Mai.

The beds were a bit hard to our liking, but besides that the stay was perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, I love the interior of this hotel, quite sophisticated. the quality of soft decor and products they used were nice. We wanted to stay close to the airport while able to visit the city and this hotel was in a prefect location! Breakfast menu was good, lots of choices and food were really tasty and instagramming indeed, however coffee was a little bit far from my liking. Staff were very friendly and polite which made the entire stay warm and relaxing, pool was a good addition, but it had some funny smell in one end which we didnt enjoy as much, overall it was a good stay. We will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful space top to bottom. The view and location cannot be beat. Worth every penny for the level of luxury and quality.

The hotel is in old town so please be prepared for low shower pressure and lukewarm hot water.

I liked the global aethetic, modern with some traditional ornaments. Staff was kind and helpful, they are all english speakers (at the reception). Neighbourhood is quite, note that the Sunday night market goes through the road where the hotel is situated. Nearest 7 eleven was about less than 5min by walk

Water is spreading below the shower door, maybe a plastic seal would make it water tight ? Not that many food options around (for thai food), the hotel has its own restaurant though and they serve thai cuisine I believe

super good service. everything is good, the room, the shower, the pool and the crew.

rooms for improvement: 1) shower room water is slow to flow out. 2) sound proofing can be better. 3) the balcony for my room can make do without as it is right beside the aircond unit and no nice view. unless you booked the one with pool view.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Great bathroom and dressing area. Lovely cafe with great options (fantastic overnight oats!). Attentive and pleasant staff.

The room aircon was pointed directly at the bed and made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. It was a shame we visited before full facilities were open, as we were not aware of this. The pillows in the bedroom were too big, and there was no English breakfast tea.
