The location was fairly central and easily accessible for restaurants etc .

The room was basic , I thought it was not really value for the money paid . I guess we live in a world , where businesses like yourselves put up prices , where there is demand .. This does not relate to the real value of the accomodation or the facilities therein . I have noticed , when searching for hotel accomodation , once you have focused on a hotel , when you return to the search, the price has gone up , sometimes quite considerably. I feel demand in high in season is not necessarily a good enough reason . The product is the same, I can only assume it is greed and huge profit making to the detriment of regular customers . I saw one hotel go from around 11,000 baht to 13,000 baht to 21,000 baht in three separate searches . In my mind , it is unacceptable .I am a regular customer of booking . Com , I have had some very good stays in hotels , but also disappointing one , where the description does not match the product . Overall , your company is efficient and easily accessible regarding bookings .

The reception was alway s empity and was very hard to comunicate with them unfortunately.

The hosts were super friendly and sweet, we had a last minute booking and they arranged a room for us quick.

The pillow and the sheets were very uncomfortable.

The accommodation itself is good and is in a great location.

An error by the staff led us too have no room. Although this situation was sorted it took 2 hours which led to us missing out on a lot of our day. There was no one on reception and it would take 30 minutes before the owner turned up which resulted in us missing more of our next day. However the staff were lovely

Bed bugs. Woke up in the morning with red marks on my neck so I went to the pharmacy to find out which they told me it was bed bug bites.
