Great modern style hotel, nice clean room, lovely pool, .. what can I say more? A lovely breakfast and a warm welcoming staff! This was the 2nd time I stayed here, this time about 9 days, and I can keep recommending this hotel. The staff, without a doubt. Everyone we met went above and beyond, but King & Emma deserve a special shout out! We would have happily taken King with us on our onward journey to Phuket, but we don’t think his boss would’ve been happy and we can understand why! Obviously the day security (FU) and the night check in agent (white cat, unfortunately I don’t know his name) were an added bonus for cat lovers like us. The hotel itself has an excellent location, breakfast has a good choice and is tasty - i particularly enjoyed the variety of thai dishes on offer. There is a microwave if you prefer it piping hot. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate is available throughout the day which is a nice touch. Aircon, wifi and showers are all very good, electricity is stable (unlike at the 5* hotel we stayed at for a few nights in between for a wedding!).

The only negative - and it’s really nit-picking!! - is the lack of space in the room for suitcases and storing clothes. Fine to live out of a suitcase for a few days, but if i had been staying longer i like to be able to unpack.

We had a wonderful stay, especially because of the enthusiastic and friendly team! Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet big, breakfast was great and on top of that, the hotel is well isolated, so you can't hear much from other rooms (very uncommon for Thailand). Highly recommended!

Pool looks great and gives lots of peace in the morning, but is most of the time in the shadow and there is not much privacy. But we came for the city, not for relaxation on the pool in the Hotel.

Actually I love everything here, the cleanliness, chill vibes and awesome staffs, clean pool but most of I could live there forever for it’s SUPER AWESOME BREAKFAST, it was really delicious and lots of options , not to even mention they have fruits and coffee 24 HR whenever you like!!! I miss the food there even I’m already back to my country..

If I have to say, it will be the High-voltage power pole quite close to the balcony for family suit, and the shower room door is really heavy, still I would go there every time if I’m in Chiang Mai

Excellent accommodation experience Good location! Super friendly and helpful staffs, they always do their best to meet the needs of the guests just like the name of the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and almost all were homemade. We enjoyed every morning because there were lots of options and the Thai food is the best dish I had during my trip. They also provide 24-hour free bottled water, fruits and snacks. We will recommend to everyone and definitely be back.

Comfortable, functional, bright hotel, with amazing staff - King & Emma were particularly welcoming and helpful and a true asset to the team. Air conditioning was good, important for the hot and humid days, wifi signal was also strong and faster fast. Breakfast was good with a good variety of thai dishes.

The hotel was clean, and the room spacious! Breakfast was included - great variety and very yummy. You can also help yourself to coffee and water all throughout the day. The room had a mini fridge, which was kept stock with water and Coke Zero (both complimentary) -YAY! We had a dip in the hotel pool during our stay. The pool is clearly well maintained and helped us cool off a couple of times. The staff at reception were very lovely and allowed us to borrow some pool towels for our elephant tour. The hotel is only a short walk to a 7/11, cafes, restaurants, and some small stores that sell souvenirs. I would definitely rebook for future stays in Chiang Mai!! Thank you for our lovely stay.

Excellent location. You can walk to almost everything. ATM, massages, restaurants, pharmacies and local night markets—all on the Main Street and the Sunday market is right there, too. Staff is very patient, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous, especially the Thai food. Love the complimentary water, fruits, coffees and ICE. So lovely to come back from a hot day out and grab an iced coffee and local sweet rice/snacks.

No fault of the hotel but other guests there were loud and inconsiderate. Pool only has 3 loungers and if 1 family is there, they will monopolize the whole pool because there’s not enough space for others if their children are running around unsupervised.

I liked the location, the excellent breakfast, the pool and the very friendly and helpful staff. Daniel, at the reception was especially helpful and very professional. He organised all my excursions, taxi pick ups , bus trip booking etc. with ease and to my fullest satisfaction.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy, was the WiFi ! It was very annoying and frustrating, every day - no matter what time- as it suddenly shut down . Lost connectivity, so needed to reconnect again and again .... etc. very annoying, time consuming and frustrating...!

Had an amazing stay here. - Location is very quiet but still in walking range of almost everything you might want to visit (sunday night market right in Front of the alley, saturday night market ~15 mins, many temples, 7/11 or Pharmacies) - Breakfast Buffet with good variety for its size, ranges from Croissant / toast / eggs to some thai dish with Rice. I really like the spicy sausage and the banana in sticky rice. - Staff Very kind and helpful front desk staff ready to help you out of you need anything. Did not see the cleaning staff very much due to being on daytrips most of the time, but the cleanliness was good. - Other On Check-In i received a nice list of recommended Restaurants/ Bars/ coffe Shops either in close proximity or with some special dishes. Really appreciate this, especially on the first days. The recommended activieties also helped me figure out where to go first. Free fruits & water in the lobby, a water refill station on every floor (4 floors in total). Really recommend staying here for some chill holidays (recommend even more on a sunday)

Had to think quite much about this, I think the only things I didnt like were: - the rooms were a bit dark when there was no more sun outside - maybe needs either a bigger light above the bed or another spotlight above the table in the room. - the Pool was sadly right at the check-in / entrance area with people going in and out, but if that doesnt disturb you its all fine.
