Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is really great. It's a simple, clean and cozy hotel, without luxurious facilities and decorations, but everything is just right. The staff are very kind and will patiently help you solve your problems. Overall, I stay here for 8 days alone and It's a really great experience.

The water pressure of the faucet is a bit low but it doesn't affect the accommodation experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was sparkling clean, the housekeeping staff really do an excellent job. Although the hotel is a bit older, it’s very well maintained. I also appreciated that the TV included some international channels. The bed was very comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning was excellent and I say that as someone who often gets sick from AC. This one was super gentle. The location is perfect, everything you need is within reach, and the Sunday market is just a step away, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were very nice and kind, always helpful and polite.

There’s no elevator, but honestly, it’s not a big deal unless you’re planning to carry heavy suitcases up and down three times a day, totally manageable for a regular stay. I would have preferred a thicker blanket, but on the plus side, there were plenty of pillows. As a smoker, the only real downside was that even if you book a room with a balcony, smoking isn’t allowed on it, even though the photos on Booking.com make it look like there’s an ashtray. It’s not a huge issue, but it would be better if this was clearly mentioned in advance. Overall, I would stay again.

Location was awesome and so conveniently close to the night market and everything. Staff were very accommodating and nice. Bed was hard as with ALL Asian beds unfortunately, however we carry our 2 person backpacking air mattress that saved the day! Would stay here again if we come back. PS when you leave the property and turn right, there’s an old lady that lives in a run down tiny spot after you pass the tattoo shop and right before the noodle shop, please buy her some food or drinks. Shes skin and bones, clothes are in bad shape. We bought her a mattress, new blanket, socks and couple of pillows so she can sit on outside. Shes in poor shape, maybe help what you can, she sits out there all day.

Internet in the room was great the first day but when the hotel got busier, it sucked for Zoom calls so if you come be sure to buy unlimited data so you can hotspot it. Internet in the lobby area was great.

Well located just off of the Sunday night market street. Room was very tidy and free coffee was nice. AC and hot water worked very well

Got put in a different room than we booked for because something was broken in the room we booked for. Meant that my friend and I had to share a bed rather than two singles.

This was the best accommodation I stayed at in Chiang Mai! The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance. The room was spotless and very comfortable. One of my favorite things was the free tea and coffee on the first floor, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. But what made the experience truly special was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants, 7/11's, and markets. Nun's restaurant is next to the Rendezvous and is definitely worth a visit, the waiter is very friendly. happy and helpful. Fabulous area of Chiang Mai. Very close to the Sunday street market. Walking distance to many of the historical sight seeing areas such as temples etc. Balcony was a bonus. Many gluten free, vegan, vegetarian restaurants nearby. Da's Home Bakery on Moon Muang Rd, Lane 6 has many gluten free options.

This boutique hotel is such a gem! Located right in the Old Town on a quiet street, but still super close to markets, shops, cafes, street food, and everything you need. The location couldn’t be better! The hotel is super clean, and they really take care of the guests—daily cleaning, fresh towels, and two bottles of water every day, which is such a nice touch. I’ve stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, peace, and convenience all in one place!

The location was perfect as it is located in the old town, so very close to amenities and main temples. The place is what you can expect from a budget hotel so it met all my expectations. Very friendly staff.

The ensuite toilet is of the type where you have the shower head next to the lavatory (same space) so it is a bit uncomfortable if you are not used to

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable & ideal location and dont need a pool or gym then this place would suit you. I booked through booking.com and with an amazing discount only paid AU$200 for 7 days. The owner was quick to resond when there was a issue with the AC and had the problem fixed within an hour This place is unpretentious is very comfortable with all convenience you may need there is no kettle to make coffee/tea but this is provided downstairs 24 hours a day

Being so affordable there was nothing to complain about
