Very clean, air con kept it cool. It was very central to the old town/square and just off the main road but far enough to not be noisy. It’s fairly new by all accounts so the finishings and bathrooms are all well kept. The shower had great pressure and temperature was spot on and the room had lockers to keep all your belongings (we had a private room). The receptionist was very helpful whenever we needed some support.

Nothing was bad about the stay. Ideally the bed would be a bit more comfortable - as its very tough but that seems to be quite standard when staying across asia. Also - remember to take your key to enter the shared bathroom. Was caught out a few times 😂

Location is excellent, crawling distance to Tha Phae Gate and the Sunday Night Market. Front entrance opens to a dainty lane just away from the hustle of the main road. Useful back entrance opens to a parking lot with an affilated cafe. Quiet environment for a good nights rest. Facilities are adequate, with a functioning common dining area, kitchen, coin laundry and dryer. Private room was spacious with a mini fridge. Plenty of wall sockets. Hairdryer was provided. Proper room cleaning was done daily on request. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Private room toilet has a distinct sewer smell coming from the toilet bowl, probably pipe seal issues.

Although it's a hostel, I rented a triple room with a private bathroom. The room was adequately sized—spacious enough for three people—and came with just the right amount of furniture: nothing more, nothing less. Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with bonus points to those who made extra efforts to communicate with us despite the language barrier

The location was good (just in front of Tha Phae Gate), the staffs were friendly and helpful despite language barriers (bonus point for their efforts to communicate with us). The room size was ok for us and the room service - cleanliness was just spot on.

This is not a negative point but merely my opinion. The hostel doesn't have a lift or elevator so if you have heavy or big bags, you will have to take the stairs though the staffs offered help by carrying them (I felt bad).

The hotel's location is excellent—just step out of the alley, and you’re at Tha Phae Gate. The only downside is that the room's air conditioning keeps overloading, causing it to shut off on its own. However, the staff is amazing and always quick to resolve the issue. Although it kept happening, they managed to fix it promptly each time.

Very minor but laundry was do it yourself, which meant I would have had to stay around to do multiple washes of different colours. Might be fine for others but I had limited time in chiang mai so went to a launderette around the corner instead

- Great location - Very helpful and friendly staff - Dedicated parking - Big, clean bedroom

- It's strange that they supply shampoo and shower gel for the shower but not hand soap for the toilet. The staff did find some for me when I asked, though. - There's nowhere to hang the hand towel near the sink, though judging by the lack of soap, maybe you aren't supposed to wash your hands. - Sitting on the bed is a long laminated list of every item in the room and the cost to replace it if you break it. It's weird and kinda trashy. Leave that for the terms and conditions. - Because the back rest sits is at such a strangely low angle, the chair at the desk is really only usable as a stool.

Super excellent location, happened to be right next to where all of the tours we booked would pick us up and right next to the Sunday Market street. Super clean everywhere. The aircon works really well in the room so we all slept great. Didn't hear any noise during our stay. Our room had a little fridge with bottled water provided everyday. The bathrooms have hairdryers and there's a washing machine (40 baht) and dryer (60 baht) in the lobby. Our room looked exactly like the photos too. Been in Thailand a month now and definitely the best place we've stayed!

Nothing, I mean it when I say there's no downside to this place (OK maybe a full length mirror in the bedroom would be nice, if I'm being picky!)

The staff was super helpful; there was an issue with the AC when I arrived and they promptly fixed it and were super nice during the whole stay. The rooms have very good sound isolation so it was nice and quiet at night.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there was a bit of smell coming from the bathroom and we had to keep the bathroom door closed, as the drain in the bathtub probably isn’t built in the best way.

It's located in the center, the staff go out of there way and make you feel soo comfortable. the place is spotless, and the beds are highly comfortable. It's also easy to walk all around the center from here to to get a grab to wherever you'd like to go. We loved loved loved ED hostel, best hostel we've ever stayed at.
