The location was spot-on! It was a breeze to get to all the activities we had planned (they helped us booked a few). We enjoyed breakfast every day, and one day we had lunch and another a delicious set menu dinner. Everything was incredible! On another night, we had cocktails, and they were absolutely amazing lychee liquor yum. But the real highlight was the people, Kelly, Atta, and Net. They made our stay so comfortable and welcoming. The place was amazing, but it was the level of attention they gave us that really made the difference. We will be recommending Spice House to our friends and family.

Honestly I can’t think of anything, we are now in a resort in Phuket, I wish we would have stayed longer in Chiang Mai, the city is cool calm. Such a nice place to relax. Top tier massages, the coffee to die for, a very creative place.

First of all, the big night check-in gave the greatest convenience, because of the rain also came to the door to meet, this point is very good. Secondly, the overall service is very attentive, the staff English is very good very kind to tell a lot of neighbouring tourism projects and we can get the benefits of staying in this hotel. Last but not least, the environment is in a convenient location to take a taxi and very close to all the places we wanted to go. Overall, we were very satisfied and will stay here again next time.

While the lack of a lift is inconvenient, the tallest building is only three floors. It's still acceptable.

Exceptional stay – we came back for a reason! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and very quiet – perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bed was especially comfortable. The location is excellent, with coffee shops, massage places, and other useful amenities just a short walk away. We were so pleased the first time that we decided to return, and it was just as great as we remembered. They even welcomed us back with a complimentary drink, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely stay here again!

The breakfasts were also quite exquisite.You can book various day trips at the front desk and the service is also very attentive.

Depending on which staff is at the desk, they are more or less skilled at helping with activity planning. But there are plenty of brochures to help you plan independently as well

This is a property in the center of the city, and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, shrubs and ponds. It feels like a little oasis. They have an outside bar, so you can enjoy food and drinks in the garden. The staff was amazing, the breakfast delicious (with plenty of options), and the rooms comfy and pretty,

We were a bit shocked to find out that the location does not have mosquito nets or screens. We traveled in December and there were lots of mosquitoes. Do your research before you go, come armed with a repellent, and preferably your own mosquito net, too - otherwise you're not going to be sleeping much.

Spice House is a little gem, tucked in a quiet corner of Chiangmai Old Town. It is a small boutique hotel with a nice beautiful garden where we took our meals and had our coffee. Location is very good as we could walk around for food and massages. Food in the hotel restaurant, Kitchen, was very good. We had a few of our meals there during our stay. And most importantly, the entire staff of Spice Garden is very friendly, always with a smile and always have time for a quick chat. We totally appreciated that.

If there is one thing to gripe about is the lack of lift in the hotel. Quite cumbersome if one is travelling with big heavy luggages. However, we were helped by the hotel staff.

Delightful property in the heart of the old town, convenient for cafe’s, bars, restaurants, shopping etc. There is a great restaurant and cool bar at the hotel which I thoroughly recommend. Staff are all very polite and helpful.

No elevator but only 2 flights of stairs so not too arduous. Glass doors on the shower and toilet doors are ridiculous.

I absolutely loved staying here- I even extended for a week! It is a gorgeous property right in a lovely area of Chiang Mai- I felt super safe and really enjoyed it and they had an amazing breakfast for me every morning and a lovely courtyard- would absolutely stay here again if I came back!
