Really liked the intimate feel of the hotel. The location was great for exploring the older part of town and with restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets within walking distance. Stayed in double bed bedroom. Room was lovely and spacious. Beds are nice and big and very comfy. Very clean. The pool's great for some family downtime.

Some hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff would be a simple improvement. Poolside facilities are in need of some maintenance. Rotted/Broken boards around the pool need repair.

Absolutely loved the look and feel of this hotel. Felt so relaxing coming back after a long day and walking down the front path with the pond and the koi! Our room was amazing, so spacious and comfortable, the perfect size for two. With seperate queens it felt amazing to spread out and lounge on.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. So kind and happy to see and help you everyday. They even got us a tart when there was a mix up with payments which was resolved automatically. The rooms were equipped with everything you needed.

The window curtains couldn’t be opened because you could be seen by people walking around. No one did walk around though but just as a precaution

very quiet place. small size with not too many guests . you easily feel at home or at some friends place facilities and equipments are good - confortable . staff was friendly and very reactive to fix a small leak in the bathroom. great location close to Tapae gate with many choices of restaurant and many activities possible around. close to Sunday night market - a must visit while in ChiangMai

no breakfast but is not an issue with many choices around to have delicious and cheap breakfast

Quiet side street, but close enough to walk to several attractions and eating hubs. Staff super lovely. Huge, clean, modern room. Great pool too - large enough to get a few lengths in to cool you down.

Kind of strange the toilet area does not have a physical barrier with the rest of the room. Just the wooden panel and a blind. Even though the toilet is so high tech that it seems to include an air extractor lool

A small hotel but the room is huge and a lot of sun light, very comfortable. Also staffs are friendly and close to the restaurant.
