Very large room, nice shower, great bad. Located very close to the middle of all the action in Old Town Chiang Mai.

There seem to be a mixed up with communication was getting my key from the locker and I ended app having to call the property manager who was taking care of the property. the situation got resolved fairly quickly but I was inconvenienced a little.

2nd time at BW Studios- Clean, big room, comfy bed, good shower and nice cold air-con! Location is great, just in front of the evening food market, short walking distance to the Sunday night market (it’s massive!), self check in.

Check in time is at 3pm. Pre warning it can get noisy at night as the bar over the road is on late (12pm-1am) nothing ear plugs can’t sort :)

Very large room, comfortable beds, minimalist style and newly built. Noise from the bar nearby was not loud at all much during my stay despite being busy. Owner and staff were lovely too. Location is perfect as well.
