Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, including a restaurant on the premises. There is light breakfast provided. Room was good size and clean, enjoyed having a balcony, comfortable bed, good Wifi connection. Rooms were serviced daily. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!

Thin wall, loud neighbours, but usually it was all quiet by 11pm.

We stayed here twice we liked it so much! Staff were really sweet and helpful. Breakfast was just what you needed and the location was perfect as it’s a short walk to all the markets and loads of temples and restaurants.

We loved this little budget style hotel. It is situated in the cutest little street with tons of eateries, massage shops, coffee shops etc. The street can only fit one car down it, it’s that small. It’s in the old town and very laid back and calm neighbourhood. There was no noise at night. Having a pool was fantastic as it was hot during the day. The staff were excellent and there is 24 hour reception. The hotel is kept very clean.

I was expecting the room to be larger and the air con was not working well. We turned a blind eye though due to the charm of the place.

No worries, Chada Mantra is very nice too. Also very good to see the return of the Cooking Love restaurant on the ground floor, one of my favourites before the pandemic. The lift didn't work on my last day. One of the staff kindly carried my luggage down from the fourth floor. I guess it's not the hotel's fault, there was already an engineer out to fix it so well done for that. Also, the lockable drawer didn't lock!

I chose not to utilize the breakfast option since the coffee maker is conveniently located nearby. The location is superb, right in the city center, making it easy to access various attractions. The pool is delightful, with a depth of 1.4 meters, allowing for a relaxing experience. However, it's worth noting that being in the city center, there can be some traffic noise during the day.

Some amenities could benefit from replacement. For instance, the towels appear a bit discolored, and replacing them would greatly enhance the overall experience

Lovely vibe In this hotel .. So quaint ..like a snow white and seven dwarfs feeling haha . Really polite helpful staff , in a beautiful laneway , bars restaurants all on your doorstep and like a 5 mins walk to more lovely areas ..The hotel food was also really good and good value . Truly enjoyed my stay , felt cosy and homely . Pool is a bonus .

If I were to pick something it would be the thin walls . I could hear everything that went on in next rooms . But it wouldn't stop me from staying again . As it gets quiet late at night .

Location was great, air conditioning was quiet, beds were comfortable. Turns out we did get a simple free breakfast because we paid in cash. Reception was friendly. Pool was nice although the water could have been cleaner and many tiles were broken. Overall very good value!

The walls are thin, so you can hear everything in the neighboring room and even elsewhere in the hotel. They changed our towels everyday, which was nice, but there was no option to keep them and save water/energy. We also got new water bottles every day for free, but they were plastic. I would have rather had the possibility to refill my own bottles.

Nice enough hotel. Nothing to complain, I guess that sums it up. Great location, which is the best feature imo. For the rest: clean rooms, everything works, decent looking wooden furniture, nice little balcony. Small but okay swimming pool. Restaurant is not used by anyone it looks like, and breakfast is not worth mentioning.

Rooms have quite thin walls that might be the only complaint, but didn’t bother us that much. The place also doesn’t have that extra feel good factor that many Thai places have, where staff welcomes you daily with a kind smile (fake or not) and a little chat. It’s all very business-like here, except the cleaners who at least pretended to be friendly. But hey, maybe I’m expecting too much for a place with 30+ rooms.

Location of the property was fantastic. In old town but situated in a lovely corner that was quiet and had several cute restaurants right outside our doorstep. Community vibe there is amazing. Rooms have balconies. If you can reserve 31 do so as it is a corner unit and you get two balconies with a great street view. If you go try the Lucky Too and Nice Kitchen restaurants. Both are very good. Local street market is 5 min walk away and street food stalls were great and they have live entertainment.

Great location, lovely room, comfortable bed and lovely helpful staff. They did a print out for our bus trip to Chaing Rai, ordered a taxi for 180 Baht (we should have questioned the 200 baht the tuk tuk charged us from the train station on arrival, no wonder he looked happy!) Great location walking around and plenty of places opposite the hotel for breakfast. We ate a lovely evening meal at the hotel and it was very reasonably priced. There is a swimming Pool here too with towels. If you have your room made up you get water bottles each time. There is a mini bar and prices are displayed, we did enjoy a small can of beer on arrival for 50 Baht. If you pay cash at the hotel you get free breakfast only we decided to pay the extra 3% on our MasterCard. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing. A little word though, stepping out from the bathroom to the room, there is a very small step, which my husband tripped on and cut his toe.
